What an awesome experience. From the hot pots to the grill in the middle of the table. What a unique dinning experience. The food was very fresh and tasted delicious. The service was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helped us to navigate this unique dinning experience.

This was my first time experiencing a restaurant like this! However, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience other than having to cook my own food but I suppose that’s the whole point I learned after the fact that you took it a little at a time but it was delicious and fresh! They have some very tasty sauces, egg rolls, and dumplings! The service was great and the waiter was very friendly! Over all my husband and I had a wonderful time dining here!

Khoa our waiter was a great guy. Make sure to put pineapples onions and garlic on the grill to make the flavor OUTSTANDING. Truly a 10 out of 1 experience. I hope everyone has a great time with the waiters and staff like I did they were truly splendid. Also shout out to my barber dawg.

Was a very disappointing experience, I’ve been to other local hot pot restaurants in Kansas City and have had nothing but good experiences, I came with my mom during lunchtime so there was not so many people. First thing I notice that was good was that the servers were all very kind and that was nice to see. The place was cold, empty of decor not really giving cozy or welcoming but that wasn’t a big deal as the food was the focus, both being hungry our server showed us how to order on this tablet which needed to be wiped down but I digress. I was craving something spicy so I ordered their spicy sea food broth and my mom ordered a miso soup broth and then we ordered the fixings like tofu, vegetables, etc. weird thing is they don’t let you take out the leftovers which they explicitly tell you upon ordering which I found weird considering most other hotpot places allowed you to do. Also the utensils and area we sat at felt dirty and not something I wanted to touch with plastic black utensils and plates. It took a few minutes to get our food and started to eat, after a bit however the broth I got was too spicy and oily that I couldn’t stomach it anymore that my body said nope and I immediately went and threw up in the bathroom, I still feel sick writing this, luckily my mom didn’t have the same issues but I caution those going for a meal here to avoid the spicy options because the grease and spice in the broth will get you sick. My mom had her fill and when we got the bill it was 53$ and that was fine if we could take home our leftovers. It seemed very pricey for what little we ate and it didn’t feel worth it. Plus the small selection and sad sauce bar with the little side selections made me regret bringing my mom here to try hotpot for the first time.
A good note is that the bathrooms were cleaned very well and throwing up in them was nice . This experience made me feel this restaurant is a cheaper experience of a hotpot restaurant and I’d recommend trying somewhere else if it’s your first time because this place is like a Panda Express, with a cheap imitation of a real hotpot restaurant. I will not be returning again.

Our newest local restaurant, KPot, absolutely delivers. The food was amazing, with tons of options and everything coming out fast, fresh and flavorful. Our server, Angelica, was awesome—attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience easy and fun, and even listened to my daughter explain how she thought it all worked without seeming impatient (ha). The atmosphere is hip, modern, and energetic, which makes it a great spot for a night out. Only suggestion: add ice cream for dessert and it would be perfect. We’ll definitely be back.

Tong was our server and she was a delight. She was able to explain the menu and how to order. The portions were wonderful and I highly recommend the Healthy Herbs broth. The steak for the BBQ portion was perfect size and the sauce bar had tons of options.
