We drove 1 hour and 45 minutes only to find out that the restaurant wasn’t open yet. We admit it’s our fault for not reading the reviews beforehand, but the hours of operation listed said the restaurant was supposed to be open. It would have been helpful if there was a working phone number to confirm this. While we understand it’s not entirely the restaurant’s fault, better communication would have saved us the long drive.

Leaving a 5 star review to help negate the one idiot who gave 1 star who doesn’t have reading comprehension and thought the person who left a comment about how they have been to a restaurant in this chain and explained the experience was someone who had been to this unopened restaurant and blew a gasket over it. I figure if anyone can review, I will too. No I haven’t been to the restaurant yet. Unfortunately I live in a place where the closest sushi is over an hour away. And I gotta admit I do love me some kbbq also. I really do hope they open soon and also hope that 1 star review gets taken off because frankly, I’d prefer this business is successful. Now if i go and it’s awful, I’ll come and report, but I’m happy to wait. Kbbq is a treat and I haven’t been since I lived in California 5 years ago. Hoping for great things.

It’s crazy, because there is a review of this place up, but they’re not even open. Their hours are up, but the restaurant is still in construction. Who is eating this ghost food?? How are you making reviews on a place where the doors are still padlocked unless the construction crew is there. THE PLACE ISNT OPEN.
Let me make a quick edit here, I am giving one star not because of lack of food. Or the fact that they say they are open when they are obviously not (resulting in me driving an entire hour for nothing). I’m giving one star purely because there was a review given about their food, when it is impossible for anyone to have eaten their food at this current point in time. I want this place to be good. When they open and I go, I will most likely change my review. But until then, it seems any previous reviews are bogus, bc yet again, not open. Take the hours down and stop advertising you are open when you are not.
