The overall food quality was fairly mediocre. The meats lacked flavor, and the ingredients did not seem particularly fresh. Some of the vegetables appeared not thoroughly washed, and a few plates were not completely clean, which was disappointing.
The price felt excessive for what was offered. After tax and tip, we paid over $120 for two people, which did not reflect the quality or value of the meal.
That said, the service was genuinely friendly and attentive. The staff were kind and welcoming throughout our visit, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, good service alone could not make up for the food and pricing.

We were immediately sat and the server was attentive and seemed genuinely happy to be there.
The food was excellent and fresh.
If your good on a grill yourself you should definitely go. Or if your new to grilling its a great place to practice before you get your own lol.

The atmosphere was very inviting and the staff was very attentive with us. They were able to explain how to cook everything and asked if we knew how to order on their tablet. The food was absolutely delicious, our server Bryan Lee was very kind and friendly. He showed us where we could our sauces and answered our questions. The food came out fairly quickly. Overall a very nice place for lunch. Highly recommend for an outing.

This is me and my bf’s fourth time at this location and each experience has been wonderful. When you walk in your greeted by a friendly hostess who ask if this is your first time or not. You can choose to do the bbq or hot pot. We always choose the bbq i do eventually want to try the hot pot. Inside is always very neat, clean and organized i would say they are more busy towards the late afternoon evening time. The atmosphere is very lively, and fun they sing happy birthday to their customers. Once your seated at your booth your waiter brings you a menu to select your items you can tell him/her want you want or you can use the tablet to order your food. i enjoy the tablet because we can take our time ordering what we want and not hold up the waiter at our table. You have 2hrs to eat your meal they also charge i believe $13 per pound of uneaten food so order what you can eat dont waste food. They have a bar towards the right side of the restaurant where you can choose your dipping sauce, seasoning, and sides. Your grill will be turned on while your order is placed so make sure to let your waiter know what temperature suits you the best for cooking your meal. They do come by frequently to pick up empty plates or trays, always asking if you need anything which is super helpful. All the waiters we have had were so friendly, professional and available. Over all i truly love coming here im actually addicted to their garlic shrimp and spicy pork belly omg its delicious. They have amazing drink options i would recommend the pomegranate lemonade, watermelon iced tea and strawberry daiquiri. If you want to check out their menu you can look it up on line to get familiar with it.

This is the 1st time trying the Sandhill location in South Carolina. The food, as usual was very good. The staff was great. I brought my kids here for the 1st time. They enjoyed themselves. We ordered from the BBQ menu. They want to try the Hotpot the next time.

We had an amazing birthday dinner tonight here. The food alone was incredible but even better than the food was the service. Ryan really went out of his way to make our dinner as enjoyable as possible and was, we think, the best server we have ever had in our whole lives! Absolutely will be back, and when we are, we will ask to be seated in Ryan’s section!

My wife loves the K-Pot experience. I had the Japanese Miso as my base with sliced lamb and prime beef. It was seasoned perfect. I selected sweet potato noodles. Yum!
