Came here for the first time two days ago. It was so delicious we had to come back!! We had Bianca our first night as our waitress and she was wonderful and explained everything very well! We had Chris this time and he was incredibly nice as well as his trainee (who, unfortunately we could not remember her name). Everyone was very professional and made sure we were good throughout the entire experience. We will be frequenting here for a very long time!

Jordan K??? Is that gworl. She was very patient with my family and I, as it was our first time there (we flipped the menu at least 15 times trying to figure out what we wanted). She explained everything very clearly, recommended some of the dishes (they were all amazing), and made the entire experience so much better with her fun, welcoming, and friendly attitude the entire time. We *will* be coming back, and we *will* be requesting to be in her section.
She also led my dad’s birthday song/celebration with a smile on her face the entire time. The cake she decorated deserves to be in the Louvre.

I had a great experience at KPOT in Pineville. The restaurant was very clean, well organized, and had a really nice atmosphere. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, which made the whole meal even better.
Our server, Jade, provided excellent service. She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. She checked in at the right times and kept things running smoothly without being overbearing.
Overall it was a great dining experience. Good service, a clean and welcoming restaurant, and a server who really made the visit enjoyable. I would definitely come back and recommend asking for Jade if you can.

I had such a great experience at this kpot! The food was fresh, flavorful, and there were so many options to choose from. What really made the visit stand out though was our server, Manny. He was so attentive, friendly, and made sure everything at our table was perfect the entire time. He checked on us often, explained things when we had questions, and kept the experience fun and stress-free.

My boyfriend and I came here for our Valentine’s dinner and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the food was fresh and delicious. Gigi, the manager, was amazing, he personally sat us and took our initial order while our server was assisting other guests, which we really appreciated. Once Niyah took over, she absolutely did not disappoint. She was attentive to our grill, checked in at the perfect times, and made sure we never felt like we were waiting or unsure if we had a server when we wanted to order more food. We left full, happy, and feeling really taken care of. It was the perfect Valentine’s date night and we’ll definitely be back!
