This was my first time eating any of these dishes. I enjoyed the unique ambiance of the restaurant. I liked how the tables and paths were large. I decided to do both the hot pot and korean bbq. I would not do this again and only do 1. I was impressed by the large selection of meats and other items you could order. I liked the tablet interface used to order the food.
Overall, I enjoyed the different items I ate. I really liked the kpot steak I had. I had the healthy herb as my soup base, it was okay. The sauce bar was nice and there were some hot foods too. I was however disappointed by the dessert selection. There were only 3 options none of them were that good. For the price I would expect more options and higher quality.
Our server was nice and explained everything to us. One thing that would have been nice is that near the sauce bar they had a water machine so you could get your own when needed. Also, due to the ordering we would end up being overcrowded with plates at our table. Other than that they did a great job.
Looking at everything, this was a great experience. I definitely want to go back and just do the korean bbq. The price was $32.99 (before tax+tip) for 1 option and then it was $5 to add hot pot. They did also have seafood boil. I think the price is fair for what you get. I would like better desserts and it would be nice if soda was included in the price.

What an amazing experience. Visited on a Wednesday around 2:40pm and there were plenty of tables available. They will not sit a party if there isnt at least 5 people there ready to be seated. Our waiter Sean was nothing short than AMAZING. He explains everything in perfect detail if youre a newbie. You can choose from either the soup, grill or a seafood broil. We opted for all 3 at the lunch proce of $31 (if I remember correctly) per person. I think we could’ve done without the seafood broil but either way it was still tasty. Lota of food to go around. Plenty of vegtable, meat, chicken, and seafood choices. The have a hot sauce bar with a few recipes on how to make your own chili sauces. They also have a few French fries, chicken nuggets, eggrolls and desserts to pick from at the bar. Perfect for small little ones who just need something to much on. Such an awesome place and can’t wait to go back! This is conveniently located in Matthews shopping center with plenty of parking spaces to choose from.

Food was amazing, and plenty of it to go around. Our attentive server, Delaney, made sure to keep our drinks full as we filled our bellies with some of the tastiest meats and veggies. The price is great for the amount of delicious, well-seasoned food you get to savor. I will definitely be back.

This location with the friendly staff, fresh foods and ambiance made the experience an unforgettable one.
There is a sauce, salads and sweets buffet also.
Spent a little over an hour there. Daisy was super nice and explained to us how to order.
Will be back for sure!

I had a wonderful time dining in at Kpot!!! The food was so good, and the service was amazing. Really huge shout outs to Aleeza as my server. Her service was an amazing she really explained well how the whole Kpot experience works. I also got to talk to some of the managers here. Allison and Justin were so wonderful and kind!!! We also ordered a couple of the new Halloween drinks. The scooby snack was my favorite, thank you Emily for the best drinks!

DELICIOUS and FUN! Very clean environment and wonderful selection of foods to heat on the BBQ or Hot Pot! The staff are very attentive and quick with the service. Ordering on the iPad makes it super easy and efficient. We can’t wait to eat here again.

I think KPOT is a decent option for Korean bbq. FYI, we did the bbq only and not the hot pot. The proteins needed a little umph, so we added some of their sauces to elevate the flavors. Service was pretty good. The ambience was amazing and everything was sparking clean. I would come back.

From the moment we sat down, she went above and beyond to make sure we understood how everything worked from how to order, what to cook first, sauce pairings, and timing. She explained everything clearly and patiently, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.
Giselle was not only super knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and attentive. She checked in often without being overbearing, kept our table clean and stocked, and always had a warm smile on her face. Even when the restaurant got busy, she handled everything with grace and professionalism.

My server Christina, was just amazing, like truly I’ve never had service quite like it. Not only did she greet us with a great, big, beautiful smile, she also gave us the BEST service ever. You usually order through the tablets, but they were down but nonetheless, Christina assured us we could order through her. Super attentive, very friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Did you know they also have takeout and are now on Doordash!! AMAZING!! The price just can’t be beat. Hotpot, BBQ and now Seafood boils. 10/10 would recommend. I’m definitely coming back and requesting the best server in the whole Kpot biz. Love her.
