Nestled into a strip mall with a rough parking lot and a dollar general, one would not expect a restaurant to be this warm and inviting on the inside, but here it is! This place is appropriately named – how can you not feel at home? The service and patrons were friendly alike while the food was really quite good and priced competitively. We’ll be repeat customers when in the area!

Stopped in for a early lunch. Place was pretty full, but we found a empty booth. The staff was friendly and helpful. The booths and menus are clean. The food was good, and I also tried the cinnamon roll. After talking to the waitress the cinnamon roll could’ve been a little bit more warmer. Overall experience was good.

This is a diamond in the rough. It has the small town feel so many places just don’t have anymore but it’s GENUINE. The food is delicious and the portions are more than adequate. Very engaging staff/ownership and their pride in their craft can be tasted in each bite of food. Excellent rapport with all of their regulars and just as friendly to someone walking in the door the first time. I make it a point to stop in for a waffle and some hashbrowns whenever I’m in the area…. And might I just suggest that if you are too full from your meal to get dessert, grab a cinnamon roll to go!

Excellent little hole-in-the-wall restaurant. I went here with a group and it took a few minutes before the staff could put some tables together, but they were very friendly and helpful with that. Our food was great, and they were able to handle some tweaks for some of our eaters with dietary restrictions. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite cozy. All in all, if I lived in the area, I would probably eat here regularly.

My Mom and I came here on a whim; our server was Meghan. She is very efficient and overall a delight. The food is also very good! For example, the pretzel bites we ordered were nice and hot; our food came out very quickly. It is a great place to stop for a quick meal and great service!

Ordered the fish fry (3 for $18.99) & the fish was dry & extremely rubbery. It was also under seasoned but it probably wouldn’t be as bad if we got our tartar sauce. We were told our tartar sauces would be in the bag when we asked for it just to get home & see there was none. I heard a lot of great things about this place but was very underwhelmed by tonight’s meal.

Okay, maybe I’m biased but this is a regular stop for us. Warm family vibe, great comfort food. Friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. Wish they were open a little longer sometimes but a great reason to get out of the house. Love there skillets and fresh cooked potato chips and dip.
