I have not been here in about 2 years,since my son (sushi partner) went away to culinary school. I was disappointed as it did not live up to my previous experiences. The restaurant was empty, should have been a sign, at 6pm on a Saturday. Rice was dry, both sushi and fried. Food was just ok. The Korean chicken was actually better reheated the next day at home. The service was lacking and I was the only one in the place. Had to ask for a refill on my drink after setting my empty glass on the corner of the table for 5 minutes. When my son comes back from RI for the holidays we will do our sushi meal elsewhere.

This place is decent! Been here twice and the sushi is pretty good. Little pricey for its worth but its not bad at all. We got two sushi rolls and egg rolls for about $40 (came with miso soup) which was a perfect amount for two people. Service is always super nice. I wish it wasn’t as expensive though, or at least have a bit bigger portion sizes to compensate.

Fish quality was good, but extremely slow service and other quality issues. Rice on sushi was a little hard so either old or undercooked. Pricing was also a little high for the portion size.

I ordered on Uber eats. My total was $51.19 for 10 pieces of sushi. I have had sushi at a ton of places and this one is by far the most disappointing for the price. Will never order from here again. I added pictures of what I got.

A fantastic “hole in the wall” we’ve been coming here for years. The food is delicious and consistent. We really love the Te Amo roll. My son likes the “teriyaki” dishes. This is a pleasant diversity to Albuquerque’s Asian cuisine. They are now doing hot pot but as an FYI, they ask you to call ahead so they can prep the ingredients as soon as possible, we’re excited to try it. Come on down, you won’t be disappointed.

I went there as they opened to get a few pieces of salmon nigiri to go. Polite enough, but the fish was dried out and old. It was obvious as soon as I opened the lid that the fish was going to be less than mediocre, so they surely knew as well when they served it up. Rice tasted like it was from the previous day as well. First and last time for me.

Chicken pad Thai had no chicken in it. They use shredded cabbage in pad Thai instead of bean sprouts and it had no flavor. I gave it 2 stars because the fried roll was not horrible. Visiting from out of town and I am used to having a great Thai food restaurant near by. This is just generic and bland over all. Disappointed.

The people working there are super friendly and nice, and also the food are absolutely yummy! monkey sushi tempura and coffee chicken are my favourite there. Good taste and also large quantity comparing with other sushi restaurant nearby. Definitely will go back again

Ordered fried rice and sushi. Got our sushi but never received our fried rice. Got tired of waiting. No offer of refills and no one came to check up on us. Walked up to front to pay and the lady never put in our order for the fried rice. Left the restaurant still hungry, unsatisfied, and upset.

I ordered a Philadelphia roll with some hot items for delivery. The role was on top of the hot food and was warm by the time it got to my house. I’m timid to eat it because it probably is filled with bacteria. They should know how to handle raw food and how to package it.
