Food was cold, seemed to have had been sitting somewhere for hours, was barely reheated & served to me. My request to have it go back & be heated up via microwave, was met with an apology from our very nice server. It came back out a bit warmer, but it obviously wasn’t made fresh. What I ordered was the chefs special today too! Blah! My Mar Far Chicken was drenched in grease & my dining partner’s shrimp was almost deep fried to a total burnt degree, drenched in grease, yet the batter closet to the shrimp body was almost raw, my pan fried noodles with veggies & bbq pork were dried out, rice was semi ok. Tea was lukewarm. The one thing I will say however is they have the BEST Egg Drop Soup of all the places I have ever had it. Full of tender chicken, peas, zucchini, carrots, egg, broth fresh hot & not salty. I liked it SO much I ordered a quart to go, paid for it & the nice gal went back to get it for me, came back to me & said, “we ran out of soup” & refunded my $. Our lady server & this gal were both EXTREMELY nice & sweet. I dunno if our food is indicative of what the food is like here, but if I’m ever in Roseburg again, I won’t eat here, but I shall order quarts of egg drop soup to go & hope they aren’t out of it again.

We used to love Kowloons, but man it went down hill bad! We ate there today and the food was awful! Egg rolls tasted sour! BBQ pork was beyond dry and white in color! The szechuan chow mein was dry, the chicken was also dry and the shrimp was over cooked and rubbery. It was also supposed to be spicy, but zero spice! The beef tasted funky in the beef and broccoli, too! Basically overcooked, tasteless crap! Ours was a to go order or I would have not paid for that!! We spent $80 to be thoroughly disappointed! Probably won’t return!

Nastiest food i’ve ever ate, sticky highchairs and if it doesn’t get any worse the lighting in there is horrible. We assumed they kept the bad lighting to so you couldn’t see the food. One plate was cold and undercooked the other plate was better but there was something funky about the beef. Best part was the server, nice lady. Also it $50.

The service was horrible. The waitress was rude, irritated, had to ask several times for common items like napkins and to go box. Then items like sauses, and an additional fortune cookies (not everyone at the table got one) were ignored. Will not be back

We just ate there on Friday and the food tasted awful. I think the oil needed to be changed. The server told us that the oil was changed every Friday evening. That is completely unacceptable. I used to love Kowloon, but I will never eat there again.

I don’t know what on earth they have done to the sauce, but it’s not good at all anymore. The food was decent. I haven’t been there in probably over a year. I wanted to see if it had gotten any better and disappointedly. It has not Kowloon’s what happened to you

Nice little gem that I stumbled upon. Food is good and fresh. Got the generals chicken and was very satisfied. Definitely worth it.

I was looking for a sit down Chinese restaurant, and on a Monday the options are very limited. Despite the reviews, I opted to give this place a try. Service was good, the only reason for 2 stars. We tried 2 of the plates that have several different items to get a good variety of food. Can’t recall the numbers, but my husband’s plate was sweet and sour pork, chicken chow mein and fried shrimp. I had the almond chicken, chicken chow mein and Foo young (pic shown, except the camera enhances the colors, it was far more bland looking in person) I really wanted to like this place, especially with how sweet the lady was. Unfortunately, the bad reviews are indeed correct

I have heard a lot of good things about this place. Not so impressed! Large quantity of food but there’s no flavor the food was very Bland oh, and the orange chicken tasted like the sweet and sour chicken. They seem very clean and the staff seem helpful. Not sure if I’ll go back the quality of flavor and the food isn’t there. The chicken was good and fresh there just was no flavor everything tasted the same.
