Really glad we walked over from our motel. Awesome little bbq spot. Ribs were meaty and not over cooked. Brisket was thick and smoke rings were deep. Came in right before closing and the workers were super nice. Love finding these spots driving through small cities. Another reason I will stop in cedar city.

This place is really good! Great flavored brisket and it is celiac disease friendly. The staff was super nice and knowledgeable, and all their sauces are gluten free. Only thing is the portions are realllly small. This picture is the small plate, but the big plates only has 2 slices of brisket and same size side.

Absolutely incredible BBQ. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming and authentic — you can tell they take pride in what they do. The meat was perfectly smoked, tender, and packed with flavor, and the portions were more than worth it The brisket practically melted in my mouth, and the sides were just as impressive
The staff was friendly, fast, and made the whole experience even better. You don’t just get great food here — you get genuine hospitality. Easily one of the best BBQ spots around, and I’ll definitely be coming back (probably sooner than I should).
Highly recommend to anyone craving real, quality barbecue.

This place alone is worth a pilgrimage to Utah. The barbecue brisquet is a spiritual experience. It melts in your mouth, and you will leave changed.

This place was everything I was hoping it would be. After living in Texas for almost 10 years, I’ve struggled to find GOOD bbq in Utah. In my opinion, this place delivered! The brisket was phenomenal. Juicy and tender with the perfect char, I can’t even rave enough! Go early to have the meat options you want and you won’t be disappointed.
The smokey smell is delicious and the atmosphere was cute and comfy and matched the food. Service was top notch and the BBQ sauces were all yummy. Something for everyone.

Coming from Salt Lake and Utah County I can confidently say, this is the best BBQ in the state. Brisket was perfect and the ribs might be the best I’ve ever had. Service was fast and friendly. Very affordable too! Can’t recommend enough!

Very polite staff, great atmosphere. I had the pulled pork. I am from North Carolina and I highly approve of this pulled pork. The mashed potatoes were excellent as well. My wife really liked the brisket.

Absolutely fantastic food, great service, and convenient location. #1 if you absolutely have to have an item get there sooner rather than later. Sometimes they will run out and this is real BBQ so they have to cook it hours in advance. #2 coming from someone who grew up in Texas and loves BBQ… THIS PLACE DOES IT RIGHT! It’s well seasoned and tender every time I go. #3 yes the portions can be on the smaller side (this ain’t fast food, it’s all quality fresh ingredients) so if you are extra hungry get some extra. #4 their catering is very well priced. I treated a customers team for lunch and it was a ton of food for the 15 people and plenty of leftovers.

We were really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. The portion sizes were surprisingly small given the high prices. My husband and I each ordered one protein and one side, plus an extra side to share, and we both left still hungry.
Theres no menus posted on the wall, Instead, you have to wait in line to look at a paper menu. While our food came out within two minutes of ordering, something we’d normally appreciate, it was clear the speed came at the expense of quality. The sides looked like they had been pre-scooped hours earlier and left under a heat lamp, resulting in dried-out, crusted-over servings.
While the brisket and sauces were good, the mac and cheese was barely a few bites. The bread was just a plain, unbuttered slice that looked like it came straight from a bag of Great Value sandwich bread. Nothing about the meal felt fresh or worth the price.
We were in and out in 15 minutes, not because of efficiency, but because there simply wasn’t much food or anything worth staying for. I could walk across the street to Hermie’s and get a bigger, better meal for less money with better service. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
