Stopped in on a whim for dinner tonight. The place was quiet but we greeted warmly. Our server brought us samples of the Red Beans and Rice which was excellent. We could’t decide, so we ordered the Chicken Cajun Pasta, Gumbo, and Jambalya. It was all delicious and service was excellent! My husbands new favorite dessert is the Banana Pudding Cheesecake. Very casual laid back ambiance. GREAT place for a no-frill date night. We didn’t feel rushed and before we knew it we we spent 2.5 hours there. We will be back.

We went to Kou’Sins on a whim and really enjoyed everything that we had including the red beans & rice, cheesy French bread, Cajun chicken pasta and spicy bbq chicken flatbread. Desert was good too! They just opened recently so they’re still fine tuning, but really good service, food and atmosphere! Enjoyed meeting the chef!

Wife suggest this place, so glad she did. When we pulled up, I thought oh great a bar. Boy was I wrong. We walked inside to a dimly lite open seating area. There was a stage, where a game was being played, Multiple booths, several tables, and a small 6-8 person bar. I thought to myself this is a nice place for date night. The server was amazing, owner was great, and the chef… the chef hit the spot. We couldn’t decide what to eat so we picked 3 entrees. All three were soo amazing. And the banana pudding cheesecake, was to die for. Before we knew it 3 hrs had passes with conversations with owner, server, and guests as they entered and left. There waa no one rushing you in anyway and the atmosphere was perfect for a intimate dinner. We will definitely being going back.

From the very first call , this place just felt different, in the best way. It honestly felt like calling a family member. When I showed up, that same energy was there. Walking in felt like stepping into a family members house where you’re immediately welcomed and made comfortable.
The food was good on point. The red beans and rice were super flavorful, and the Cajun spinach pasta was a dish I wanted to order again immediately. It perfectly seasoned and seriously hard to stop eating. You can tell the food is made with someone who cares
The staff is what really makes the place though. Each and every last one of them. Everyone is incredibly friendly, laid-back, and genuinely hospitable. They make sure your drinks are right and check in without hovering, which makes it easy to just relax and enjoy yourself.
The space is dope. It’s open, spacious, and inviting. It’s super easy to meet new people, hang out, and before you know it, you’ve been there for hours without realizing it. Overall, it’s one of those spots that just feels good to be in that I’ll find myself returning to often. Great food, great people, great vibes.

Absolutely loved my experience at Kousins Social Lounge!
I had the Cajun shrimp pasta, and it was amazing — perfectly seasoned with just the right kick of spice, and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. The corn and rice on the side were full of flavor and went really well with the pasta. For dessert, I tried the banana cheesecake, and wow… creamy, sweet, and just the right amount of banana flavor. You can tell everything was made fresh.
The vibe in the lounge was great too — good music, chill atmosphere, and friendly staff who made sure everything was on point. Definitely coming back soon!

My husband and I had dinner at Kou’Sins recently and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food was delicious! I hate I didn’t get any pictures of our food but everything from our cocktails to our desserts was very good. Customer service was great, we really enjoyed our waiter Tom and the owner Keke stopped by our table on our way out, she was very friendly so well. So glad to have you in Bentonville, looking forward to going back soon!

Decided to stop by Kou’Sins because I’ve ordered from the establishment on DoorDash and the food was amazing. The establishment was clean, The staff was very friendly, & my cocktail was just what I needed after a long day. I recommend the pastas, red beans, and all the sweet treats. Zero stars…The response is a lie. I was in the booth located right by the front door. No security or police officers. Please take accountability and do better with your business moving forward. I suggest you do just that, as I have a handful of people who will share their exact experience from that night. Be blessed and do better. Firstly, this place has absolutely NO security. No one was checking IDs, purses, or anything at the door. From about 11:00 to 12:34 on a Saturday night, people were walking freely into the establishment with who knows what on them. At one point, two teenagers walked in and told me they were 16 years old. That alone should tell you how nonexistent the ID check is. It was completely unsafe.
Inside was just as chaotic. The place was shoulder-to-shoulder crowded with barely any seating. There had to be at least 300 people packed in there, and only around 12 booths/high-tops, if that. The seating situation was terrible.
Customer service was even worse. The bartenders didn’t acknowledge me for over 30 minutes, even though I was standing directly at the bar. The girls were having side conversations, helping their friends, passing coats and bags around, and serving others while completely ignoring the customers waiting. By the time someone finally took my drink order, there were at least 14 people behind me also trying to get a drink. Truly awful service.
The only pleasant staff member was the young Black man wearing a beanie who was closing out tabs. He was the only one who seemed professional and attentive.
Overall, this place was horrible. They need major improvements, real security, and actual business structure before something serious happens. A lot could’ve gone wrong tonight and thank God it didn’t happen while I was there. I can’t speak for after I left.
