Such wonderful people. We were stuck at a cottage when our truck broke down and had no way to get to food. They not only drove all the way to deliver food to us, but came back after catering a wedding and brought us delicious left overs so we could eat the next day. The food is SUPERB and the people even better! They are greatly appreciated for their kindness to a family of strangers. May God bless them! :>)

We travel from Altoona to Kountry Kettle at least one a month to have dinner. The chicken is absolutely amazing and their glazed carrots are outstanding. The staff is so awesome that it makes you want to come back. The atmosphere is so very nice and very clean. They have the best chicken ever !!!!

The place was very cute and we love a good roadside diner. Unfortunately from the moment we walked in the door it was made very clear we were an annoyance. Server was not very attentive to our table but was very friendly with the tables around. We got the impression that maybe they didn’t care for “out of towners” which is unfortunate because we love these kinds of little places.

We ordered the fried chicken and the ham dinner and they were both excellent. The salad bar those small was stocked with a nice selection to make a small salad and was kept fresh and full while we were there. The macaroni salad and coleslaw are amazing. Our server Peggy was prompt friendly and professional. The prices were very very reasonable. The restaurant was also very clean. We will dine here again.
