Nice spot. I didn’t try the ramen, but instead had some sushi (an ocean roll and a shrimp tempura appetizer), which were both good. The atmosphere was nice – warm and inviting, with tall booths so you had some privacy. The service was great.

Really cute and cozy place. The service was friendly and attentive. Sushi was delicious, great appetizers, and tasty drinks as well. The ramen looked delicious too, would love to stop by again and try it out!

When I saw the high start review, I expected a good service and good food. The service was awful, they talk to you like you bother them, they didn’t want to explain things and acted like it is free place and they are doing you a favor. We spent $150 for lunch not dinner and the quality of food well it was boiled beef and smashed rice. I believe anyone without cooking skills could do that. When I asked that we didn’t like it even without eating they acted like they didn’t hear eat. I repeated to the waitress again that we didn’t like it and he can take it away. They still didn’t take away, and didn’t remove from the bill. The other foods was ramen and other flavors. It was ok but not like a restaurant food that you spend $150. Each portion cost $35 which is Ok if they would have own brand or handmade ramen and other stuff. But for the same ramen you could buy at the store for a few $s, they shouldn’t charge that much. Anyway my suggestion save your money and nervous and not ever visit this place. You can do it faster at home and better quality of food that this place is offering.

Spicy Miso Ramen was delicious and heartwarming. After a long travel day, this was what I needed. The Sakura Lychee mocktail was refreshing. It was the perfect balance of sweet and fizzy.

The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because the shrimp tempura roll was smaller. For a $7 roll, the portion was quite small.

Overall, it was a good dining experience. Quick and friendly service. Would eat here again!

My son loves ramen so decided to take him for a surprise lunch. We had great service, greeted promptly on entrance, waitress was knowledgeable of the menu and attentive of our drink levels. The Miso ramen was solid, my son enjoyed it. I had the 3 sushi rolls (California, Spicy Crab and Shrimp Tempura). The California roll was my least favorite, the crab flavor and smell was overwhelming.

Very pretty place! The food was fast, and the boba was very delicious! The cali and Philly rolls were the best rolls I have tried! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick Asian food stop.

Was excited to try as I am a big fan of Kizuki ramen 10 minutes away.

The prices were almost identical, but Kotoyama should definitely be cheaper. The experience is more low budget and you will feel it when you arrive and know it after you’ve eaten. Our server was knowledgeable and very friendly, so no issue there.

The ramen – the reason you are there – *looks* the part. The flavor just was not there. I would normally get spicy ramen (which makes my nose run from the heat) and saw “super spicy” ramen on the menu. Unfortunately it wasn’t hot, so I’d hate to see what “normal” spicy ramen tastes like. It also came with only half an egg- whereas the others had a full egg. I ordered an extra egg, but got 3 egg halves. I had looked forward to breaking my own egg open and mixing it in. Oh well, on par…

My friend had the vegetable ramen, which again was decent and well prepared, just not as good as the competition. The spring rolls were excellent, comparatively.

The rest of the experience was on par with the food. Even getting into the booth was a chore. They chose strange bulky tables with large X shaped legs that don’t allow you to easily enter or exit the booth. Seniors or folks with mobility challenges will struggle there.

The decor was passable, but the materials and finish were cheap. Nowhere near the ambience and quality of the competition. Paper napkins, cheap plastic plates and bowls, and the laminated table surfaces were all lacking. Then came my $2.50 soda in a can. I didn’t even want to try asking about a free refill.

It was at that point I noticed how swift it was. No, I don’t mean fast. I mean Taylor Swift. Whatever service was playing background music was ALL Taylor Swift. Not a station based on her, but ALL. An hour of endless Taylor.

For good measure, I checked out the bathroom and was pleasantly surprised. The fit and finish in there seemed better than the dining area. *shrugs* check out the photos.

There’s quite a bit that needs to be upgraded to improve the overall experience here if they’re going to charge what the nicer place does. $18 for ramen at both places- but the other gets you the real flavor (including that garlic ramen that sells out everyday), bottomless fountain drinks, cloth napkins, real dishes, elaborate and elevated decor, accessible seating, and music that won’t have you looking at each other in confusion.

Def solve that last one… like… tomorrow.

Beware the menu picture was dishonest and misleading. Ramen #1 picture shows 3 pieces of pork belly but I have been here twice and both times they only gave 2. Food tasted good, a tad bit salty. They were impressive in that we had 12 people show up and the food came out relatively quick.

This was absolutely outstanding
Raman! What we liked about it was that it was not just salty as some this was just right. We had the Tara bubble tea and it was awesome.
Our server’s name was Fancy, She was wonderful and very kind.
And I do believe it was the manager or maybe the owner that came by and asked us what we thought we thought.
Everyone was very welcoming great food nice environment this will definitely be a place we return to many times
