Kosta’s Restaurant is a delightful escape from the usual American fare. Whenever I crave flavors reminiscent of my hometown, Varna, Bulgaria, I always choose Kosta’s. The Spanakopita & Gyro, paired with their Greek salad, are absolutely my favorites. The establishment cleverly offers two sections: a spacious dining area at the front, perfect for hosting large gatherings or renting for events, and a cozy bar at the back. Both areas have their own bars but serve the same delectable menu. Parking is never an issue, and the staff consistently impresses with their warmth and friendliness.

Great tasting gyros. We tried both chicken and lamb gyros and they were great. The salad with Greek dressing was so fresh and delectable. Don’t forget the baklavas warm with sweet honey and nuts. Highly recommended.

We met some friends there for an early dinner on a Sunday at 6 pm. The food was fine, but not great. I would say the same about the service, just okay. The place was virtually empty, which was surprising.

Haven’t been here since pre COVID. It’s seems they have kept their portions and prices nearly unchanged, unlike most other establishments. No other choice in Brewer of this caliber and offering that I’m aware of.

First time. Place is set up nice, friendly staff, nice atmosphere and clean. French Fries were done to perfection, my Chicken Pesto and wife’s Steak wheel bread sandwichs were both tasty and filling.

Ordered online for a 5:30 pickup food was ready, still very hot when I got home with it. Everyone enjoyed their meals, no leftovers. Boneless wings were just right.

Our first time here, because we wanted something different. Our waitress, Dawn, was very nice. We ordered Spanakopata first and 2 lamb Gyros. Everything was delicious. The lamb was a little overcooked for my liking, but it was so good. The tzaziki sauce was yummy and full of flavor. We were too full from lunch to have dessert, so we took some baklava to go. My only disappointment with this Greek place, was that it was more American than anything else. The only other Greek item that I saw, was the Mousaka. When we go back, and we’ll be back, I’ll try that.

My family and I enjoyed eating here. Liked the atmosphere which was relaxed and the staff were very friendly. Id say it’s a step above the usual diner with the traditional American choices but with added Greek dishes. All excellently cooked and presented. I wanted to give it 4.5 the only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is my chicken was slightly dry but we would definitely eat here again.

I hadn’t been to Kosta’s in years and we decided to give it another go. We each ordered drinks, which were lovely. Husband got the fried haddock and I got haddock plaki. His was pretty good, large portion, but the breading had a weirdly sweet taste and no other seasonings to it. I thought plaki was a rich tomato-based type of sauce but mine came out as plain baked haddock with two pieces of diced tomato, some onions, and feta on top. It was cooked well. It definitely not as described.
