The drive through order spot is not covered so when ordering during rain just plan on getting yourself and the inside of your car completely wet. No excuse for this.

Manager Danielle is very rude when it comes to customer service. Also, when you served my french fries, the fried box was halfway empty. I asked him to fill it up and he told me that’s how he gives it to everybody and I have to take it like that and that he’s the boss

Ordered a whopper with cheese in the drive through, was asked to park up front and they would run it out once it was done because there was one order ahead of mine. Ok, no problem. I parked, 9 minutes in four young men walked in the store, all four ordered and received their meals at the 14 minute mark. I go inside and ask the status and she says “Oh, its right here”.
There is a reason I don’t go to Burger King often, and I am reminded every single time that I go as to why I dread it.

I came here at 11:42, Asked for crispy / royal chicken sandwiches and a whopper. Apparently the manager only sells chicken sandwiches at this time. They said it was because the other food takes “too long to cook” and we would have to wait 10 minutes and they’re closing early in 10 minutes. When we got to the window they tried to give us the original chicken sandwich with processed chicken different from the royal without telling us. What burger king doesn’t sell burgers ? Smh

Ordered two whoper meals for me and my wife and two chicken sandwiches for the kids to take home. Whopers were BURNT to a crips on ome side which they conveniently placed burnt side down, called them and got no answer, drove back to the store got a replacement whopers (they didnt offer anything for the inconvenience), went back home to find out that my kids chicken patties on their sandwiches were hard as rocks (probably old). I haven’t gone to this location in years because of how bad they were and finally tonight decided to give it another go and this is what I got. If i could give it negative stars I would.

I had the worst experience today, and burger king wasn’t even my first choice it was my sons. We went through the drive through. First off the lady on the intercoms was rude, can’t hear and didn’t get my order right. I went to the window to pay and gave her my coupon and my card. She looked at the coupon and gave it back. I said you don’t keep it? She said no. And then gave me my card back. She pulled us up because they were still making fries. As I waited I checked my receipt and see she didn’t apply the coupon. I went inside to let the front cashier know Robert/richard old rude man as well. He said did you tell her you had a coupon before she charge your card ? I said I gave her the coupon with my card and she gave it back. He went to get the manager. The lady in the window proceeds to walk over to me to tell me I didn’t hand her the coupon. I stated I gave you the coupon and you also rang my order wrong. I waited about 45 minutes for my refund before I had to leave for prior engagements and told them I will be back. Upon returning. Robert/richard whatever his name was stated do I have the food ? I asked what food? He said in order to get my refund I had to BRING THE FOOD BACK ! I told that old man to go get the manager and DO NOT speak to me. He went to the back, came back to the front with the money in hand. He proceeds to keep talking in a rude manner. I asked him if that’s my money in his hand, he said yes I grabbed the money. He said this will not happen again. And I stated it won’t if yall had workers that could hear and do their job correctly ! And walked out. Thank you ma Debbie for my full refund. You should get rid of both those old people and let them apply for retirement, it’s time !

Order at 6. Received my order at 6:40. Only to get the wrong food and and two items left out. It’s our only BK so it’s pretty disappointing. ☹️

Beware!! They don’t honor the prices advertised on the Poster in their window. The Poster showed 2 sandwiches for $6. However when giving the order the young lady said the price was $7 and she didn’t care what the sign said. I’m not sure if they charge the correct price on any other items.
