Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The food was poorly prepared and honestly not edible. The service was just as bad. We were a party of 16, and it was clear the restaurant was not equipped to handle a group that size. Making the reservation seemed to be a mistake on their part.
They appeared to have only one chef, who was visibly overwhelmed and frustrated, and this affected the entire experience. When we asked about our food, the staff were rude and unprofessional. Overall, the restaurant seemed completely out of its element, and the situation was handled very poorly.

The restaurant is located in the hotel building on the first floor. Large free parking. Advance reservation is required for the restaurant. The restaurant is kosher meat, very expensive ,vegetarians have nothing to do here ). The menu selection is small, I wanted to order soup but there was none, there was only one soup on the menu. One salad is also on the menu lettuce, tomato, cucumber, which they brought me later, forgetting to add ). The meat dishes are not bad. Very tasty French fries and meat ribs, I advise you to try them.

I went to Shari’s Bistro with my mom the other day and everything was terrific! We started with turkey egg rolls – they were phenomenal! Perfectly crisp, well seasoned, and beautifully presented. They sat on top of such a delicious, sweet sauce. I’m still dreaming of those! My mom had gotten the Caesar salad – for having 0 dairy, it was super creamy and so freakin’ good! For my entree, I had gotten ribs. The meat fell off the bone; they were so tender and covered in a luscious slightly tangy barbecue sauce. The barbecue sauce was great, but I wish it was a tad sweeter and smokier. My mom got the ribeye – it was beautifully grilled and full of flavor! Perfectly cooked. They included a potato option with the entree – fries or mashed potatoes – and green beans. To be honest, I was there for the meat and didn’t give the potatoes a try but my mom had some of both and said they were both terrific and the green beans were surprisingly amazing!
The pricing was very reasonable for kosher food. The prices compared to, and were even slightly less, than what you would pay at a non-kosher steakhouse, especially with sides included in the entree vs a la cart.
The staff were so friendly and attentive, the rabbi cracked some jokes with us, and we got to see the chef preparing the food behind the glass. We will absolutely be back!

Excellent kosher restaurant in Atlantic City. We stayed in AC for two nights, and given the limited kosher options, we were thrilled to find this place. The food was truly enjoyable, and the staff were very friendly. I heard they recently opened at this new location, and I wish them much luck and success. Just a heads-up, the restaurant is inside a hotel, so it might not be visible from the street, but follow your GPS/Waze, and you’ll get there.

I was in AC area for meeting. Found restaurant on google, drove there was ample parking. Mashgiach welcomed me in a very personable way. Waitress was really friendly and made great suggestions. All I can say is that food was unbelievable. I wish i could give ten stars. If I am ever with in 50 miles of this place , I would drive just to eat there even if it were out of my way.

We’ve had a good experience with this restaurant in the past, so it was especially disappointing to encounter serious issues with our most recent catering order for a business dinner. The order was meant for a kosher guest, and while the food may have been prepared appropriately, the packaging raised immediate concerns: items were unsealed and loosely placed into a Walmart shopping bag, which didn’t align with expected kosher handling practices.
Our guest, understandably uncomfortable, contacted the restaurant and was unfortunately hung up on—twice. When I called to follow up, I was met with defensiveness and accusations that we had tampered with the food, which was frustrating and disheartening. I was also told, rather dismissively, that we shouldn’t have had a non-Jewish colleague pick up the food if we were so concerned—something I found inappropriate and unhelpful.
Most upsetting of all, our guest was left without dinner as a result. It was an unfortunate and avoidable outcome.
I genuinely hope the business reflects on how to better handle concerns and communicate with customers going forward. We will never order from here again.

I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The owner was very rude and condescending, which really soured the entire visit. However, I have to give credit to the waitress, she was friendly and professional, which at least made the experience bearable. The food was decent, but honestly, it wasn’t anything extraordinary, I wasn’t blown away. Given the owner’s behavior, I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place.
P.S.
The place was empty, and I can totally understand why.
