The burger, BLT, and chicken strips we ordered were good. There is a really nice patio, and the inside is quite large. You get a lot of fries with your burger, sandwich, or chicken strips. This venue offers draft and bottled beer.

Maybe I had too high expectations of this place since I heard rave reviews from someone who used to attend A&M a few decades ago. I liked the ambience that gave a small town vibe & the burgers “looked” amazing. Unfortunately, although the burgers looked amazing, the buns were cold (almost icy cold). The beef patty & the other insides of the burger were hot as they seemed to have been prepared straight out of the kitchen and they were actually tasty, but the cold buns of the burger really offset what could have been a really great burger.

First time in College station, looked online and found this gem. Cool ambiance and the burger basket and fried catfish plate did not disappoint. Helpings are generous so recommend coming on an empty stomach.

UPDATE: Second visit against better judgement & absolute LAST visit. Horrible food! Fried fish basket was worst I ever experienced The taste was just plain terrible with an overbearing fishy aftertaste that is unusual for fried fish. Additionally, the batter is the worst.

I have never been a fan of their fries. I like crispy hot fries. They always serve soggy warm fries. The portions are adequate if not overly large. The catfish was breaded as if it’s a chicken fried steak and tasted fishy. The chicken fried steak was unseasoned meat but seasoned breading, the grilled chicken sandwich tends to constantly have hard pieces in it. The place is alright atmosphere wise. Half the time the games or pool tables don’t work. I always loved the scenery of the back deck even when it used to be a different restaurant. The staff always seems to be friendly and helpful so that’s a plus. Just wish the quality of the food would improve. Typically try again every 3-6 months.

I’ve been a customer of Koppe Bridge ever since I was a kid. The staff is friendly, the food is fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is calm. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a hearty meal with good prices.

They close at 3pm on Sundays. We got there close to closing time and the staff was very nice and friendly. These burgers are a must try.

Pretty nice place. Family friendly (has high chairs and booster seats), but sorta not (feels and looks like a bar, but with only a walk-up bar). Seat yourself, order at the bar, and self-pickup like a Moonies. Burgers were solid, but really it’s the fries that I liked the most. Are they fried in beef fat or something? They’re the right kind of soft and firm, not salty, but have a rich flavor and my favorite kind of texture.

Best burgers and fries in the Brazos Valley!! If you really enjoy fresh ingredients then you’ll love this place. I usually get the Koppe bridge basket which is a 1/2 pound patty and fries. Screwed up once ad ordered the full pound. I was in a food coma for three days. My wife had the chicken fried steak sandwich and said it was absolutely delicious.
