Mezeh Mediterranean at KOP Mall is absolutely amazing! The food is always fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. Every ingredient tastes high quality, and you can really tell they care about what they serve. It’s the perfect place if you want something both delicious and nutritious.
The grilled chicken is tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. The steak is juicy and flavorful, adding a great hearty option to the bowl. And the hummus is incredibly smooth and creamy with a rich, authentic taste that brings everything together perfectly.
On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Great service, great atmosphere, and outstanding food — highly recommend!

Had an awesome experience today! The dark-haired girl with glasses who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took the time to explain the options and even recommended I try the tzatziki sauce — and wow… she was right, it was so good.
Great customer service like that really makes a difference. Food was fresh, flavorful, and the whole visit just felt easy and enjoyable. Definitely coming back!

We ordered a chicken bowl and did not request double chicken, but at checkout we were told we did. When we clarified, staff insisted and said they could remake it—however, there was a long line and we didn’t want to wait again, so we paid the extra charge.
Later, when I asked for forks (none were available in the self-serve area), the staff member handed them to me while touching the actual utensils. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional. There needs to be clearer order confirmation, better accountability for upcharges like “double chicken,” and improved staff training.

First time trying this place and will probably be the last. Everything looks great until you taste the food. The tabbouleh was sour and the Turkish salad didn’t taste very fresh. The biggest issue was the service. It was almost like we were annoying the gent behind the counter. Every scoop seemed to be a chore. The bowls weren’t full. Maybe close to half. I have been in the hospitality industry for 26 years and I suggest maybe retraining your staff in customer service.
