Dined at Kooks and had a fantastic experience. The warm atmosphere, enhanced by an open concept bar made for a perfect day out. Ordered the brisket and taco’s, which were tender, flavorful, and paired with delicious sides. The staff was friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

We came here for the smoked meat and had ribs and pulled tacos. The tacos were delicious but the ribs were a little chewy, not the fall-off-the-bone kind we were looking for. BUT we still had a wonderful time and our server, Julie, was fantastic. She made everything about the experience so great. I’m sure if we had told her about the ribs she would’ve helped to fix it but we were just so hungry!, We will definitely return and try again. The atmosphere was great and the service awesome. Thank you again Julie for making our night!

This location has a fun atmosphere especially if you like live music. The upstairs has some pool tables and other games so it has a wide variety of options. Definitely a party vibe. I had the ribeye, it was good but not great. If you want bar food and high energy, this is a good place. Very friendly staff.

Pretty good food and decent service! We came in at dinner time and were gestured to sit upstairs. There was little light in the resultant, so we resorted to flashlights to read our menus— no big deal though. It took quite a bit of time to be greeted, but as soon as we were, our server was friendly and attentive.
I ordered the smoked chicken with bbq sauce on the side with a salad! The meat was delicious and flavorful. The salad was anything you’d expect for a standard side salad. My family all loved their burgers. Good option if you’re in the area!

We stumbled on this great Bbq place . The food is awesome with excellent service that we went not only once but 3 times to eat there. We never eat anywhere more than once, but this place is awesome. Our waiter Ariel was the bomb and the manager Chino aw well. Felt like we were at home. We also eat at their other place in Manzanillo called Katina. Has a pool and great view there. Highly recommended.

We haven’t eaten off the menu yet, but the food coming out looks and smells delicious. Attached to the restaurant is their pizza-Bernies and it is really good. You can get a slice and go to the bar and eat it. They also have a little store at the north end that you can get sandwiches. Happy hour 4-6/2 for 1 drinks. Service at the bar has been questionable at times. We have been the only ones sitting there and can’t get water refill without getting her attention. Upstairs is open later than bottom floor.

Recommended by everyone in country to visit while in S.T., and it didn’t disappoint! Food was plentiful and reasonably priced. They had the world series game on, and service by Ana and Randy was kind and prompt. Randy was easy going and personable at the bar. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves!

Amazing food and drinks! Lots of options to choose from and they even have vegan friendly meals here! Definitely recommend coming here to enjoy some good food! The service is amazing and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The onion rings are a must try!!!!!!
