A must visit on Cozumel. The food here is stunning. Service is chill and relaxed and you’ll get to enjoy your time here. A mix of locals and tourists. We had tuna starter, an incredibly well dressed salad and a vegetarian and a shrimp pasta. Good vegan and vegetarian options, fresh made pasta, generous portions and excellent value for money. Wish could come back, thanks for looking after us so well! They also do a great breakfast and are coffee specialists.

We enjoyed our one year anniversary at this cozy and delicious restaurant!
It looks like a little bakery storefront, but as soon as you approach, the host will lead you upstairs to the cutest little patio!
We love restaurants like this!
We also really enjoyed it the flavored water selection!
I had cucumber-lemon water and husband had hibiscus-cinnamon!
We ate here twice in our one week stay, and we’ll be back on our next visit!

Nice place with a relaxed vibe and friendly service. Also great terrace where to chill.
We came here for a late lunch and there was enough space. They offer you focaccia, which is something I did not expect and that was very welcome.
As an italian, their interpretation of the carbonara was quite good, nice ingredients and very tasty! I would only have left out the egg on top and the chives, to make it less heavy, but that is personal preference.
All in all, recommended 🙂

Great intimate restaurant. Tried the mussels and beef tongue risotto! Both were fantastic. The focaccia bread with spread they bring is amazing. Definitely will be back. They also called a cab for us to get back to our hotel. Joey knows his stuff and is passionate about the restaurant

A rooftop dining room that can accommodate small or large parties. Very attentive service. Focaccia and caprese salad were divine. Pasta was well cooked but the sauces left something to be desired.

The most important thing to say about the Laab is that they clearly care about food and that comes through in everything they serve. The ingredients are so fresh and flavourful. The dishes are creative and well executed. I have no critiques of the food and drink at all. We had: the mixed meat and cheese platter (all of which were delicious and a very enjoyed diversion from the typical fare in Cozumel), a mango-anchovy risotto that was so bright and lively, the carbonara (the best I’ve ever had. Their housemade pasta is excellent), and their chocolate cake (decadent in all the right ways but just shy of being too much). The drinks (red wine, mezcal, as gin cocktail) were all lovely.
Some of the best food I’ve had anywhere – hands down. Their staff know and appreciate their food – and so they do their job well.

Pasta slightly above average, we have eaten better pasta, but it wasnt bad. Service was great, proactive, explained everything. Atmosphere really cozy. But reason i give out only 3/5 stars is dessert. We ordered Tiramisu for 115 pesos and recieved chocolate cake. Definitely not Tiramisu and unfortunately it lowered my experience overall.

K’ooben Laab was recommended to us by multiple people before visiting Cozumel for our first time. By far the best place we’ve eaten on the island. Our server Joel was amazing and had the best recommendations for us. Everything truly is so fresh and the creators put so much care and time into each dish.

We didn’t realize that we should’ve made a reservation, but the owner made sure that we got a table. Service and food was delicious. However, if you’re trying to stay away from carbs like my hubby, he was a bit challenged would definitely come back again with a reservation.

Breakfast was superb here. The grilled cheese on sourdough with homemade spicy mayo was a generous portion and was delicious. Fresh and healthy salads like this one don’t come around often on the island so it was greatly appreciated. The latte was very rich and flavorful. The service is always top notch especially if you have Rueben serving you.
