The day got away from us, and we had to come up with a quick and easy dinner idea. I checked online and found Kong’s Express. We ordered lemon chicken, beef and broccoli, pepper steak, and added a shrimp friend rice. This was more than enough to not only feed our family of 5, but have plenty of leftovers. The portions were massive, and the food was hot and delicious. The flavor of the sauce for the beef dishes was amazing. We will definitely be going back, and I love that they were open late. I recommend giving they a try.

On 04-22-25 @1523 we got food to go. Came home and I was so mad. My orange chicken look nasty. When I got a pice it was some how mushie and hard at the same time. The chicken taste like they warm it up from last week. Then the rice taste like nothing I will never come back here!

We always order them through Uber Eats and HOLY MOLY THEY GIVE US SO MUCH FOOD. Every single time, they pack the entire container. It feels like a couple of pounds at the very least. For $10 a plate? I have never gotten this much food from any other place ever for the price. Amazing.

And broccoli. We ordered the combo fried rice, today I tried with out pork and I’m glad I did. It’s so good. I don’t care for the egg roll. The lemonade is always good. The atmosphere is pretty ghetto. There are always people loitering or asking for money. I pulled up and was waiting on my order and had someone come up and ask for money. There is always people outside asking or up to no good. The fried rice is good though so when we are on the west side we stop by. I’ve tried the lemon chicken it’s okay.

This is one of our favorite Chinese restaurants. The togo plate quantity never disappoints. It feeds 2-3 people. It was our first time trying this beef soup though. OMG we were missing out, this soup is so good.

Upon opening my food box, I was surprised to find that I had ordered Sweet and Sour pork. However, the pork I received was unlike any I had ever seen before. It was unappetizing and I do not recommend it. Additionally, the establishment appeared to be in a state of disarray and was visibly unclean.

I really don’t eat Asian food, but I normally really enjoy Kongs. Today, all my food was overcooked and very dry! My sweet and sour pork was so dry that the sauce didn’t help, my lemon chicken was okay minus the overcooked crust. I am really disappointed about this and am seriously considering another venue.

I got the teriyaki/lemon chicken combo plate. My boyfriend got the sesame chicken/sweet and sour chicken. Texture of everything was sooo gross, didn’t even taste like chicken. The sweet and sour sauce was the worst I ever had. We took one bite of each and decided we can’t eat this. I than said the cheese ragoons can’t be bad..bit it and I pulled out a light color hair from it. We both have dark hair. Never again, I’m not sure how anyone can eat at this place. I had to spit out everything, disgusted bad I’m not even sure I can eat anything else right now because I’m that grossed out.
