Fresh n HOT everything today! Curly Fries… very hot, amazing with cold ranch to dip in… 2 tacos, fresh n hot, not soggy, perfect….Ultimate Cheeseburger… fresh n hot, very pleased. The team was working the drive thru pretty steady… greeted us, and hot right to our order…. the “selct your own munchies meal” is great for 2 people that just need a little bit to eat… or, plenty for 1 person usually. Clean dining area too. Counter seating, wheelchair seating if need be.

Always a good time at Jack in the Box and always good food. Everything was on time, clean, and fresh…the fries especially. The only disappointment during this visit was the soda fountain only had 2 or 3 flavors of drink all the others were out. Still a great visit

Jan 2026. Well tried again nothing’s changed had aditude from the guy cashier then they give us barley cooked soggy fries. I’m done with Jack in the box.
September 2025 Looks like customer service matches the food, to greasy and inedible. Lady just stuck her hand out have is the food closed the window.
Lately been overcooked food except the fries they we some raw, some over cooked didn’t know how that happened but will be avoiding this location for a while.
1/23 Ordered Bacon ultimate cheese burger was really good and fresh!!!! Drive thru cashier was not it. Didn’t even say anything until the end of the transaction and i guess didn’t want to be there. But the food was good!!!
12/2022 ordered 30 nuggets all we’re old and not fresh. We’re greasy. Will be staying away from this location for a bit.
4/2020 Don’t know why I went back. Got the new popcorn chicken was raw and chewy. My ranch chicken sandwiches tasted like they were sitting there A min. Will avoid this location at all costs!!!!
2/13/20 Past 2 times have had bad experiences. First time not fresh food and rude drive thru person. The second time was reheated jalapeno poppers and barely warm burger and fries. Going 2 give this location a break for a while.
11/19 Food was fresh and tasty. Cheese sticks have a weired texture and flavor. no marinara that’s crazy but not the locations fault, corporate is to blame on this one. They were fresh and cooked perfect.

Very dissatisfied. I ordered 4 tacos a #1 and a #8 with drinks. Both of my drinks taste like soap. Instead of a #8 , they gave me kids jumbo jack. Not cool not for $35

I’m a DoorDash driver and arrived to pick up an order with instructions to use the drive-thru. The manager, Stephanie, told me I had to come inside. When I politely asked whether the pickup instructions were set by the store or DoorDash so they could be updated, she was rude and spoke down to me instead of answering.
When I asked for the general manager’s contact information, she responded, “You have a phone with internet, you look it up.” The order was not ready when I went inside and was missing items the customer paid for. Very unprofessional experience.

Manager Rebekka Literally refused to give me food that I paid for.
Manager Rebekka was extremely unhelpful, rude and even after examining my credit card statement refused to give me my food because the mobile app had a glitch and didn’t pull the meal onto the stores drive thru screen. If you can avoid this location please do so and save yourself a possible headache.
Her only advice was to pay cash for another meal or click process again so the app would charge me again!
Jack in the box owes me $18.91 and a meal and friggin apology for having to deal with the half wit managing this location.

Ugh, I had such a terrible experience at that restaurant today! They completely messed up my order and gave me the wrong food. On top of that, the staff were incredibly rude and unwelcoming. The whole place also seemed really filthy, which is just not okay. Definitely not going back there anytime soon!

The drive-thru speaker wasn’t working, so I was asked to pull around to the window. When I began placing my order in person, the employee closed the window mid-order and then came back with a total before I had even finished. When I said I wanted to add more items, the employee had to call the manager over and even the manager seemed confused about me adding more to the order.
It was clear they didn’t know the menu well, as I actually had to show them a photo of the item I wanted just so they could find it. Once I received my food, part of the order was still wrong, and was underwhelming.
This experience reflected poor communication, lack of product knowledge, and weak management oversight. I hope this location takes the opportunity to retrain staff and improve customer service.

Okay although my shakes were good the customer service was very sorely lacking. I would even go as far as to say kind of rude. Quite literally the epitome of the bare minimum.
The wait time to make my order was terribly long. The server struggled immensely with multi tasking. None the less I patiently waited an kindly ordered. Had she been more personable the wait time would have been gratefully overlooked.
Directly before walking in there was an atrocious smell coming from the trashcan. Not even the normal bad trash can smell this was other-worldly, bad.
The small shakes are 5$ I got 5 of them for my large family. Will likely never go inside this location again. Never had a bed experience in the drive thru
