I have eaten in before and would recommend definitely but ToGo is horrible. The portions are outrageously smaller $32 for the stir-fry and barely any chicken and presentation looks rushed. In addition several items were cold which is odd because I stood and waited for my order to be ready it was not sitting. For 90$ this is not worth it. I do not recommend take out and will not be ordering take out from here again.

First time eating at this place i had the pad Thai chicken lettuce wraps and kids meals

Let me just start off by stating I am a fan of Kona grill just simply am appalled by their new pricing. $17 for edamame is outrageous as well as $31 for not so generous portion of pad Thai. My service was great, but I won’t be returning here again as it’s not worth it In my eyes. Be a judge for yourself interview my photos down below.

Marisa was our server at Kona Grill and she did a really great job. She was super friendly from the start and made us feel comfortable right away. Our drinks and food came out on time, and she checked in on us without being overbearing.
She was patient with our questions about the menu and gave honest recommendations, which we appreciated. Even when the place got busy, she stayed attentive and kept a positive attitude. Little things like that make a big difference in the experience.
Overall, really solid service and good vibes. Thanks Marisa for taking care of us we’ll definitely be back.

I just wanted to take a moment to share how fantastic our experience was, thanks to our server, Eriq. He took great care of us throughout our visit, making sure everything was perfect. His friendly and attentive service truly made the night special.
Also, a huge shoutout for the amazing Angry Edamame he recommended—it was absolutely delicious and quickly became the highlight of our meal. We can’t wait to come back and try more of his suggestions!

This was my third time going to Kona Grill and I have NEVER been disappointed. The food is always amazing (the steak is so tender you don’t even need a knife). The hostess was very sweet and was able to seat our party of 7 right away without a reservation. Our waiter, Ivan, was an absolute joy to have. He was very polite, checked on us consistently but not too much. He was very patient and always provided us with what we needed right away. I love coming here and cannot wait to visit again. Great customer service is hard to come by, but Kona Grill at North Star Mall has exceeded all expectations!
