When trying to enter several servers were pushing patrons out of the way and nearly crushing others in the rotating door. I later found out that the majority of the staff was walking out. They were not able to honor certain reservations and closed the patio. I was ignored and just went to sit at the bar. The sloppy bartenders were inattentive and gave me a dirty menus. Every flatware roll up had the seam side out and no detail from there was any better. The premium menu prices are not reflected in the experience, quality of service, hospitality or the actual quality and variety of food and beverages.

The food was actually pretty good but the service was really awful. We were seated promptly and served water quickly. After roughly 5 minutes our server introduced herself and took our drink order and then disappeared. I am pretty sure she forgot we were there. After about twenty minutes of no drinks or the server coming back we clicked the call server button in the display on the table. She came by the table a few minutes later and in a disgruntled tone just said “yes?”.it made the interaction super awkward to remind her we ordered drinks 20 plus minutes ago no drinks no food ordered. After the food was dropped off she never came back we had empty glasses for the hour plus we were there. Kudos to the chef the food was good the service and wait times are awful wouldn’t return.

Never been to this chain, but it was very good! A very brief wait to be seated which was understandable since it was already busy and they informed us they were short staffed. Nothing unbearable and once we got seated our sever was amazing and we got our food very quickly. The food was soooo goooood! And whoever was in charge of the music 10/10 taste loved the playlist!

Happy hour is from 3 to 6 and 9 to close. They have a pretty solid happy hour. A nice amount of selections. Their frozen margaritas are good and get you where you need to be. I only go for happy hour because their normal menu items are pricey. The lettuce wraps are phenomenal

9:30 pm, reverse happy hour, party of 4. Whether you eat in the afternoon before 6 or after 9pm, the Happy Hour menu is awesome! Very good food, very reasonable prices! Two of us ate, with drinks, for around 50 bucks. Wow! The DJ was very loud on a Saturday night which made the conversation, as well as hearing our server, difficult. The server, well, pretty much sucked. We waited for a minimum 15 minutes for our first round of drinks WHILE we watched our server having a joyful conversation with another worker at the server station WHILE we saw OUR order of drinks waiting at the bar for pickup. She apologized for the wait, but blamed the bartenders. I could go on about this server (many mistakes) but I’m already tired of complaining. She was nice but not detail oriented and blamed everyone else (kitchen staff, bar, etc) for the problems. Overall, our party had a great dinner. Food was great! Happy hour prices were great! Happy hour selections were great (not a weak offering)! We’ll definitely return!
