The food was good and we enjoyed the taste and quality.
However, I’m giving 3 stars due to the service experience. This was my first visit, and I asked the waiter for recommendations for vegetarian breakfast options for my family. She flipped through the menu but did not provide any suggestions or guidance. Since I didn’t receive any recommendations, I mentioned that I would need some time to review the menu myself. Despite that, she came back to the table multiple times while I was still trying to decide.
I also ordered two orders of chicken strips. Initially, she mentioned that one order included six pieces. However, only six pieces were brought and I was told that it was for two orders. After I clarified, another order was brought. Later, when reviewing the bill, I noticed confusion regarding pricing and portion size. One order was listed at $5.56, but I was told that price was for only three pieces, and the final charge was close to $10. The menu did not clearly mention the piece count, which made the situation more frustrating.
Overall, the food was good, but the service and lack of clarity around ordering and pricing affected the overall experience.

I been here at this location Norcross Georgia Jimmy Carter and 85 interstate since 1996 and this place still running, and this restaurant has a outstanding service and quality food.
I’m personal love Cracker barrel concept is a original restaurant and I really enjoy eating in different locations cross nationwide the food consistency is very similar almost the same from Tennessee, Georgia,Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, South Carolina, Florida, and California.

I usually dont leave negative reviews, but after eating here yesterday and the food being pretty mid I felt the need to. My French toast was good but my husband was very upset with his chicken fried chicken it was dry, tough, barely had any breading and they forgot his gravy. When he was given gravy later it was also not good, bland mush with some black pepper. We generally enjoy Crackee Barrel, but if you plan on eating here don’t get anything other than breakfast.

Came here with my pregnant sister for her craving and we ordered many things on the menu and every single thing down to the sweet tea was incredible with the service was incredible. It felt like we were the only people in the restaurant from how great the surface was. Food was amazing and I can’t wait to go back again

Cracker Barrel is Cracker Barrel. The best part is the store/shopping area. Which is by design. I always buy something from there. The food is ok, nothing spectacular. Always consistent. The atmosphere depending on which location you go to can vary. It does has a certain demographic, but I have seen diverse folks in here when I do go. This location is quiet and I am sure a fave for regulars in town.

The food and the service were equally good. The fried chicken breast was delicious!!! We tried the watermelon lemonade…. it was way too tart. No signs of watermelon flavor anywhere. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Layla was an amazing waitress! Like and fun of smiles, she’s checked on is at the right times. Thank you so much! They didn’t have vinegar for the greens. Fish was hit and the sides were cold. She had to put them back in the microwave. Did was still good though always is! Bring back the vinegar

This was my first time trying Cracker Barrel and I will say any of preconceived stereotypes I had about Cracker Barrel’s are gone lol. I had a very good meal at this location!! I was surprised at just how good the biscuits are alone. On top of the free bread, my table got the Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes and The Homestyle Chicken and French Toast!! But we’re really good— but i love the pancakes i have to say. The chicken was well breaded and not oily!! My are server was really kind. The only issue i had with this experience was how long everything took. We already waited 45 minutes for a table but then the food took extra long in the kitchen, but our server gave us free dessert (which was also really yummy) so Im happy. I want to comeback and try to chicken and dumplings since that’s suppose to be the best meal there! But yes i was throughly shocked at how much i enjoyed Cracker Barrel— and this location left a great impression on me!!

As always food is delicious and love their biscuits! Only thing I am most concerning is that they were understaffed so it took very long time for us to get the coffee and food but what impressed me the most is that the server never had a bad smile or an attitude.
