Our server, Juan, was outstanding—professional, engaging, and spot-on with his recommendations based on exactly what we were craving. Every dish was exceptional, clearly showcasing fresh ingredients and thoughtful, house-made preparation. The crispy rice was the perfect balance of sweet and crunchy beneath the lobster dynamite—an unforgettable combination. Definitively order the wagyu dumplings! The Chilean Sea Bass is a must order with it’s yummy miso glaze. And honestly, you won’t find a better Surf & Turf roll anywhere. Save room for dessert, because the banana cheesecake is an absolute must: rich, perfectly balanced, and incredibly delicious.
What truly stood out was the entire team. From the hostesses to Juan, the attentive bus staff, and the manager Mimi, every interaction felt warm, polished, and genuinely memorable. The service was incredible, the food was outstanding, and the overall experience was one we thoroughly enjoyed and will absolutely be back for.

Food was delicious, sashimi easily the best I’ve ever had, fish was fresh, rice was smooth, overall wonderful.
Presentation was well played, the use of dry ice paired well with the dishes.
Bread was warm and yummy, rice was flavorful, we loved every dish.
Komodo completely blew us away and easily ranks among the best dining experiences we’ve had in Las Vegas. From start to finish, everything was exceptional.
Service: Top-notch, attentive, and professional. The staff made us feel welcome and ensured every detail was perfect throughout our meal.
Food Highlights:
• Wagyu Dumplings – These are OUT OF THIS WORLD! Melt-in-your-mouth perfection that alone is worth the visit.
• Surf and Turf Sushi – Amazing! The quality and flavor combination were incredible.
• The Bread – I’m not exaggerating when I say this bread was so good that I would come back to Komodo just for it. Seriously that memorable.
The atmosphere, the food quality, and the service all came together to create an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for an elevated Asian dining experience in Las Vegas, Komodo is an absolute must.
Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back.
