I had family visiting, so I placed an online order and my husband went to pick it up. When he arrived, the store had no customers, but they told him the online order would take 20 minutes. He waited the full 20 minutes, and even then, they only started preparing the order at the scheduled pickup time. Their attitude was very poor and unprofessional. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about their customers. Overall, it was a very bad experience with this store. 9:20 was my order is 11:34 and still no food
Thank you for responding. He was fine waiting until the pickup time shown on the website. However, we don’t understand why the order wasn’t started earlier when there were no other customers, especially if preparation takes 45 minutes. The pickup time was 11:09 a.m., and although you say it was ready at 11:21 a.m., the food was cold and the drinks were half melted.
We do want to give credit to the employee from the other location—he was understanding and provided great customer service. The other staff maybe they need more training

I stopped in at 6:10am for my favorite Ranchero & Potato/Egg/Cheese Kolaches. Lucy greeted me with a smile and a “Good Morning” as I entered the door. She started my day the best way! The store is clean and I would definitely recommend trying the Kolaches from here! Thank you Lucy!!

The people here at this kolache factory are just so amazing! They were so kind and made sure to give me another good experience. I wish I brought cash because they do not have a system. set up for card tip so make sure you bring cash to tip them. They absolutely deserve it!!!

Stopped for a quick breakfast and to use the restroom. I hate using public restrooms but it was very clean!! So infinite stars for that!. Also Andres was fantastic and had great customer service. I was impressed by him. He was very polite and had a smile the whole time even through our family shenanigans in picking what we want. Glad we stopped in!

There are many places to get kolaches in this area of Texas, however, they’re not all Kolache Foctory. I use this location the most, but you will get pretty much the same great taste at every location and at this one the staff are very courteous. If you’re in the area, stop in and try the recent flavor of the month: eggs and Chile (it’s mild spice to me). You can never go wrong with the tried and true bacon, eggs and cheese kolache. This was the first time having the pecan roast coffee and it’s got a great aroma!

Too hyped. That’s all I can say. The vegetarian kolaches are always out or left with a few even at 10 in the morning……so not fair !!! The staffs were extremely busy so no nice welcoming or greetings…. I guess……Bummer! The place was clean as everyone was only picking up their to-go’s. Not going back.

This place is wonderful. The Kolache were delicious, and the service was really great. The tables were a little dirty as were the restroom. Overall, it was a great experience. I’ll be coming back for sure.
