Mango tea and boba tea all good. Mochi donuts great too. Wings and corn dogs also tasty as well. Really liked this spot!
We’ve been loyal Kokomo customers since they only had the Midland location. The experience we had today is enough for us to never return. Visited the Odessa location for lunch. For some reason our food was brought out 10 minutes before any drinks were given to us or made. When they finally made the drinks it was only three out of the four ready. We had a can soda, 2 regular and 1 large milk teas. When I picked the 3 made drinks up, I immediately noticed the sizes were wrong. Instead of 2 regulars they made 2 large (these were for my kids). The lady who called our # out said the large will be out next. I asked her if those were the regulars because they looked like larges to me and she said yes they were regular. I assumed maybe they changed the cups or something so took the drinks and gave them to my kids. By the time my “large” came out, I had maybe two bites of my corndog left and had basically went my whole meal without a drink. When the young man brought my drink it was a regular not a large. My kids had already drank about half of theirs, which I was told was the regular size. So I gave him the receipt and told him I was supposed to have a large, the drink he had was smaller than my sons “regular” sizes. So a woman comes out and confirms they messed up on the sizes of the two regulars and walks off with my receipt. Another woman comes out I’m assuming a manager or higher position. She asks me again, I explain the issue and asked to have the large drink I ordered for myself to be made over the regular. She acted really funny, as if I’m the one who made the mistake. Her suggestion then was that she would take my sons drinks back and remake everything. She literally grabbed my sons drink from in front of him as he is eating, which is the most disrespectful thing you can do. I asked her can they not keep their drinks? I’ve already went my whole meal without one, like my kids are actively eating and drinking…what little is left is just going to be dumped down the drain, it made no sense. When I asked for her to leave their drinks, and not remake theirs..just bring me the third one we have not gotten, she got upset and essentially refused to make mine without taking theirs back. So I asked for a refund, I had no food left by now and one of my kids were already done eating too. Instead of just making my drink, she wanted to pour two larges out, and make all three over which seems like a greater financial loss than just making the drink I had already paid for. She walked off and brought me my refund for one of the regulars- not the large I did not get. Then proceeds to lecture the staff to not send food orders out without drinks, and to be sure they are making the right sizes. The complete disregard for myself as a customer dining in your resturant is inexcusable. No where else would you sit down to eat and due to staffs error go your entire meal without a drink. Then have your kids drinks taken back away from them mid meal. I just can’t get over how easy the solution was, bring me the drink I PAID FOR. We will never be back. Including my receipts (original payment, refund) in case someone responsible for this location wants the proof, information to review cameras and verify this complaint. Ive never had a bad experience, you may not either. But in the off chance you do, don’t expect resolve or even basic common sense to be used by staff.
I had them remake it with less ice and the drink taste like it’s been watered down.
On top of all that the Bobba that they were using taste and seem to be past their expiration date.
The Bobba are meant to go through the straw and they’re so old that they get stuck.
Eight dollar drink that’s not worth it.
