Really good food! The chicken karaage curry was really fresh and tasty. Some of the best I’ve had. My wife had the kimchi onigiri and it was great too. They have such a cute restaurant and great merchandising. They have their own original mascott characters, stickers, and tee shirts for sale. We will definitely be back to try more things!! The food is a little expensive but serving sizes are large and it’s all really good quality. They have a cheaper lunch menu that I would recommend ordering off of.

A small surprise spot for the Korean food. Food was good and the service was good as well. But the Veggie Kimbap was a little plane. I think it needs a little more reasoning to be added such as sesame oil and salt.
The tonkotsu Ramen was great.
When I come back in town I will revisit this place again.
Wish the success for this business.

I have been watching some K drama horror series along with Culinary Class Wars on Netflix and it left me wanting to explore Korean cuisine. I have never had bibimbap but it’s always looked and sounded so delicious! My server was able to answer my questions about the spice level of the dish. I got the beef bulgogi. My food didn’t take long at all to come out and was nice and warm and looked delicious. I ordered some yumyum sauce to add and I put a few spoonfuls of the miso soup into my bowl as well. I didn’t use all of the gochujang sauce. I liked that it was on the side so I could adjust the flavor to my liking. The veggies were so fresh and the meat was tender and flavorful. It’s a large portion but it doesn’t feel heavy. My only slight “wish” was for the egg to be just a little more fried so that all of the white around the yolk was completely done and the edges of the egg would be crispy. I came shortly before closing so I wasn’t offered dessert. I will definitely be back because I want to try some lunch items and the kimbap. I love these types of places— unassuming from the outside with a great menu and food I crave. Thanks for my first (of many I’m sure) bibimbap!!

The food at KOKO sips and bites was delicious! The staff was kind and helpful, the atmosphere was nice, and there was a large menu selection. Portions were also very generous. I highly recommend the beef bolgogi grilled, it was amazing.

Koko’s is great! The food and drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was cute and cozy, and our server was very friendly and attentive. I got the chicken tonkatsu ramen and green tea, they were delicious. The ramen was really tasty and the noodles had the perfect texture, I added a poached egg too. We also ordered a sewoo kimbap and the pork katsu with fried rice. The kimbap was perfect and generous, and the pork was so crispy and juicy, the sauce was especially nice. I also had my 4 year old and while they do not have a kids menu, he was able to enjoy a pink lemonade with some chicken karaage, he also really liked the sauce.

I’ve been to KOKO a couple times with my kids and we love it! The kimbap, dumplings , and grill salmon have been huge hits. I love having a great place in West Knox for great Korean food. The restaurant is cozy and the staff have always been helpful and attentive.

The only downside is that all of the seats face one of the TVs and my kids watch the videos instead of focusing on food and conversation. I’d love if there were times or days of the week where the TVs were off, to keep the focus on the amazing food.

Hands down the best ramen I’ve had in Knoxville. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen with gyoza and it was incredible. You can really tell care goes into the food here.
On top of that, the service was quick and everyone was so welcoming. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms, which I always appreciate. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this place to everyone!
