Absolutely one of the best Indian meals I have ever had in my life. Fresh ingredients, Excellent cooking by the chef with fantastic cocktails made by an excellent mixologist and followed up by excellent waiter service.
Can’t speak highly enough of this place.
Come on Aberdeen council, give this and surrounding businesses the opportunity to survive and thrive.

Yesterday evening we visited Koh-I-Noor. The food is exceptional, with so many delcious options on their extensive menu. The Peshwari Naan is a must. We even said it’s the best we have ever tasted it. Everything was really fresh and all cooked to order, you can really tell the difference. The Mango Malai was served in a deliciously refreshing sauce made with real mango. The King Prawns were huge and coated in scrumptious exotic spices. The Corn Chicken is totally different to anything we have had before, definitely a must try if you are a baby corn lover.

The service we received was excellent, all staff made sure we had everything we wanted and ensured we had plenty drinks

This was one of the worst indian restaurant experience.
The starter was okay, but not extraordinary
But then the vegetarian mains and the naan bread was really bad.
Both Matar paneer and daal makani had a weird, disgusting cheesy taste.
The taste didn’t come from paneer…

And the naan was more a pizza dough then a naan.
Also the music was too loud and their cardpayment system didn’t work with either of our cards, so we had to get cash.

All in all very disappointing and also quite expensive

We all had such a lovely time here! The food was nice and was a very good price, our waiter tonight was also lovely and overall the service was fantastic!

They even made the my Indian friend a dish that wasn’t on the menu!

Would highly recommend and thank you all so much for your hospitality this evening!

We are visitors to Aberdeen and we decided to try this restaurant. We were very pleased with our choice. We had a few different dishes and all were amazing. Great food and service. Waiter was so nice and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If we are back in Aberdeen we will certainly be back. Thank you.

Friendly staff and provided complimentary poppadoms & chutneys as soon as we sat down. Food was first class and portions were very generous. I can recommend the lamb Ramas which was a first for me. Full of flavour and good hit of heat from the fresh chillis. The restaurant apparently changed ownership a few months ago and seems to be struggling getting customers in. I would definitely recommend a visit based on our meal. Price paid included a few beers so food was good value.

I had the good fortune to be invited to Kohinoor for an evening meal last week.
This Indian restaurant at 62 Bridge Street, Aberdeen is a gem among restaurants offering a wide range of Eastern delicacies and sensational taste combinations all served by smiling staff from a spacious kitchen to the equally spacious but relaxing dining area. The cuisine was excellent and was suitable for a broad range of tastes and preferences which the kitchen was more than eager to cater for. Wonderful! Culminating in making a pleasant family outing a memorable event which I and my family look forward to repeating soon. I highly recommend Khinoor fo all culinary events and feel it is a must for Aberdonians and visitors alike.
