Nice people, nice and clean. The pricing is reasonable. The sweet & sour was not good. Not sweet or sour. Very bland. Because it is fried the breading was mushy. I do not recommend. My wife thought it was bad as well. I threw it out.

I had the Chicken Katsu. The Chicken Katsu is amazing, large portion size and filling. You get more food at Kobo than other teriyaki places in the area and don’t have to worry about food poisoning.

Very kind people working there, was served quickly and the food is very good! Teriyaki is flavorful and the gyoza are great as well.

Worst place ever. These people are so rude. The lady literally begged me for a tip after ordering at the counter!!!! What do you think this is!?! Way overpriced food also. You can tell this business is struggling. I’ll never eat at this dump again. Don’t waste your time or your money!!!!

This one of the best places to get teriyaki in my opinion. Always fresh, hot, and with all the fixings. Too many fond memories getting Mongolian beef with my boys. With the little crunchy rice noodles underneath. The fried rice is also great, next to one of the coolest places to stop in for take out or food to go.

Excellent location with all the amenities anyone could need. Complete with a hair salon and a card shop next door. Thank you to the team that make this place incredible.

Asked for tap water and cashier tried to sell me bottled water. I asked again and she said no tap water available….. Out of a soda dispenser. So I put no tip and she refused to accept my 0$ tip. She said dine in must tip. I asked for a refund and wanted to leave but she said order was already cooking, so I said fine. I didn’t want to make a scene. About 9 minutes later she brought out two entrees and I thought it was for me but it was for somebody else waiting. Then they proceeded to start our order. So she could have refunded me since our order wasn’t cooking yet but she lied and said the food was already cooking. Another 7-10 minutes later our food finally came out.

The picture is for veggies. Not great quality. I have never had shredded cabbage before at a teriyaki place. The teriyaki meat wasn’t bad, but not quite as big a serving as other places.

The reason I came here is because I love the Kobo teriyaki in chehalis and I figured this one would be at the same standard. I was mistaken.

I always come and get Gyoza and egg rolls. The lady always seem to be angry or doesn’t smile. I believe it’s her personality. Food is good and convenient to where I live.

The food is AVERAGE but the customer service is TERRIBLE . I can’t understand anything the lady says and when I asked for an itemized receipt she just ignored me. I asked again how much are you charging for the hot tea and she blew me off saying its “the best tea” like WTF?? I still tipped her anyway cause I felt obligated but I’m NEVER coming back. There’s plenty of Teriyaki places around. Pretty sure she charged me $5 for this pot of green tea

You shouldn’t ask for tips. Especially when you’re rude, ignore me to watch your phone and have it playing at full volume for everyone to hear your Facebook videos. At least the food was alright.

It’s a mom and pop shop. Support your local’s be honest so they can even do better for the customer. Especially foreigners they’re the hardest working people I know. Just tell them how you like it and be clear. Btw don’t be cheap and ask for tap get bottled water and spend the extra buck. These people live like you and me. They’re not rich with 10 locations. I thought the food was good. I’m simple.
