Felt like walking into a little slice of K-town in the middle of American suburbia. The atmosphere walking in is inviting. Modern layout and very clean. I ordered the regular boneless chicken in the sweet and spicy flavor. I also got beef bulgogi tacos (3pcs) and the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The boneless chicken was fresh and hot. Crispy and flavorful and a generous amount of sauce that can lacking in some korean fried chicken but Kobi Grill sets high standards. A medium heat profile thats tempered with sweetness. The spicy chicken sandwich does have a hot spice profile that has amazing synergy with the coleslaw, mayo, and pickles to manage the heat. The bulgogi tacos were said to be popular and I can see why. Bulgogi cooked to perfection and organized beautifully into a full taco flavor profile. Prices are fair and portions to match. Will hopefully return here soon.

Koby Grill is absolutely fantastic. The flavors are incredible and you can immediately taste how fresh the ingredients are.
We ordered the spicy pork bowl, the bulgogi beef bowl, and the bulgogi beef tacos, and honestly we couldn’t decide which one was better. Every single dish was amazing. The spicy pork had the perfect kick, the bulgogi beef bowl was packed with flavor, and the bulgogi tacos were unbelievably delicious.
You can really tell they care about quality and preparation. Everything tasted fresh, perfectly seasoned, and satisfying. Definitely one of those places where you end up wanting to try the entire menu.

Absolutely loved the Bulgogi Beef Box and Spicy pork bowl, Korean Fried Chicken Wings at Kobi Grill. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Definitely one of the top Korean fusion takeout spots in New Milford, NJ!

I saw their Grand Opening sign and decided to give them a try. The wings I got at Kobi were the best I’ve ever had – big, fat, juicy delicious tasting soy/garlic wings, no small or skinny ones in the bunch. I’m looking forward to trying their other items.
