My mentor and I came here for lunch on a weekday. We did the hibachi Grill experience. Do you know that if you want the hibachi tables, be prepared to wait as they typically give time for the tables to fill and also waits for chef to be ready. (Not a spot for a quick In-N-Out lunch but definitely a great spot if you have some margin). The chef was very entertaining and the food was delicious. Lunch prices were incredible! $15 for a hibachi meal with soup and salad, great price! I got the three combo sushi plate for my husband to go and he said it was good

Kobe Restaurant in Tucker/ATL is hands down one of the best spots for sushi! Every roll is incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavor. You can truly taste the quality of the ingredients in every bite. The sushi is consistently delicious, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the presentation and freshness. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall dining experience is always top-notch. If you’re looking for the most delicious and fresh sushi in the Tucker area, Kobe Restaurant is a must-visit! I know in ATL ppl like Benihana but Benihana can not touch this place!

When ordering their sushi online, you can’t go by the photos because they just put photos on the website of any roll but when you arrive to pick it up it is not at all what you ordered. Not to mention the food was thrown in the bag and non of the containers were closed. What I received was definitely not almost $65.00 worth of food not to mention it didn’t come with utensils or Napkins. When I questioned the woman, she literally said “We don’t have a roll like that and we only have 2 tempura rolls.” I said “So you all are false advertising?” She said “Yes.”

My issue is with the waiter mostly; I give him a zero. Upon being shown to our seats, we were presented with menus and waited several minutes for our server to arrive. We then ordered appetizers and beverages, selecting calamari and sushi. The server delivered the calamari without providing plates or forks. Despite our request, these items were not brought to the table. Subsequently, sushi was served, but, again, only chopsticks and a small soy sauce bowl were provided. The server then left for an extended period, prompting us to ask another waiter to take our order, as the original server was unavailable. After our order was placed, the original server returned and inquired if we were ready to order, at which point we informed him that we had already done so with his colleague.
When our meals arrived, I was satisfied with my selection, although my companions were not similarly impressed. One individual in our party accidentally spilled her water, and we attempted to clean the table with the limited napkins available. We requested assistance from our server to provide cleaning materials, as the spill was reaching the floor. However, the server said he would attend to it after we finished. As a result, I dined at a wet table for a while, and my companions chose not to eat. After a while, we asked another server for assistance, who promptly resolved the situation.
I will not return to this establishment. While I am grateful to the server who assisted us, I believe the original server’s conduct was unsatisfactory and warrants further revie

Had a good experience here. I had the chicken hibachi with noodles. The noodles was well seasoned and saturated with sauces. The chicken and vegetable were very bland. I don’t taste any seasoning at all so I seasoned them myself with a little salt and better. However, the service and the ambiance were really nice. I’d go back again.

That was such a ripoff. I ordered from them for the first time. To go. Sushi for my son and that was fine. Spring rolls were lacking a bit of veggie filling. But what I was most upset about was the Yakisoba. I ordered chicken yakisoba and asked for extra veggies which they said was $2 more, no problem. But when I opened the dish it looked like there was barely any in there, I had a hard time finding a vegetable! Which really upset me since it was $15 after getting the veggies added. If that was extra, do you even put vegetables in it?? Terrible. There is almost no flavor, I needed to add things to it to make it taste better. Won’t be going back.

Great dinner experience. We got sat right away and were served immediately. We have 5 different sushi roll and it was amazingly delicious, fresh. We have 2 people’s birthday, they entertained us with birthday song and drum . The staff are nice and quick. We had a great time. We’ll be back again.

I used to live on P’dale Rd and would take my family to Kobe. Now I live in South Fulton County. I decided to celebrate my birthday at Kobe’s this year (2025) and they did NOT disappoint! We barely made it in time for lunch bc of Atlanta’s traffic But we made it!!!
The service was great as always! The sushi was Devine and my 4 y.o. granddaughter even tried it and loved it! We asked for training chopsticks for her and the server was so accommodating.
We sat in the dining room, however, the Hibachi side is also great and oh so entertaining!

This is my fave Hibachi spot. The service is always top tier and the food portions and taste is always amazing. My fave chef all time is Donny!! He always have such good interactions with the people and he makes sum of the best fried rice!! Thanks for the great service Donny
