I love Bojangles, however I’m so disappointed with them. If I purchased a twelve piece Bo Bites, I want twelve. 6 of them were the size on the right hand side and the other six we’re non-edible, crunchy, hard crust, with no chicken inside. I frequent the drive thru often and everyone is so courteous. So I’m writing a review to let the public know that this $13 box is not worth the price if you are only getting 6 of 12. Please check your box, I will next time if I go, the only thing was, I was picking up several for other people and didn’t want to dig through someone else’s box. Next time I’ll order the 6 piece. I wouldn’t dare get the 12 again.

Tony and I stopped at Bojangles for breakfast. I ordered Cajun chicken biscuit and Watermelon Sweet Tea…delicious by the way!
Tony got a Pork chop biscuit added egg & cheese w a sweet tea!
It was less than $15
Food was good! Staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Most of customers were using drive thru!
Definitely recommend!

Went through drive through first. They have an automated system that is very quick to interrupt you to ask if there’s more to your order. Several times. And when I asked it for a human to talk to, I waited for about 5 minutes before I gave up and went inside. Then I was ignored for a bit, though i was eyeballed by several of the kitchen staff.. Then the cashier was very standoffish. I was pretty polite and it took a couple for the counter employee to open up/relax. Unfortunately it took another ten minutes to get my order; and I was the only customer in the store. Food was good. Gravey was good. Sausage biscuits were good. Had a steak biscuit-it was good. I will give grace and believe they were busy with on-line orders.

My husband and I want to Bojangles after church on Sunday and we received the best customer service from a really nice young lady at the drive-thru. She was really polite I’m courteous about the time that we were waiting on fresh french fries, I give her a 10 out of 10!!

Tiyawana Washington and Melinda was absolutely excellent!
When I told her it was my first time, she made sure my food was fresh.
They came out and spoke to me and asked me how was my food!!!

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD TO BE RIGHT.
AI ordering, so prepare for your order to be wrong every single time. The workers clearly hate their jobs and will only move at a snails pace. Whoever owns the place needs their franchise license taken away and blacklisted from owning a franchise ever again. I’ve given this location a chance multiple times but every time my order is wrong, it’s almost impressive

I’ve had not so great experiences here before but if your patient the food is good. Just chill and hang out eventually they get around to you. Better than KFC and Popeyes is good half the time.

Had to go inside to place my order. Please train your front liners on the importance of good customer service. The cashier just looked at me. No can I take your order or anything. I had to ask if she was ready to take the order because she didn’t open her mouth to say anything! It’s ridiculous & makes me not want to spend my money there based on the lack of professionalism. Do better or keep those kind of employees in the back

Well today I went for breakfast and the service was not good.. the employees working in there were not polite and the food was mediocre at best, they forget half of our food that we ordered and rude at the drive thru window not even greating me and letting me know my order total, then proceed to drop my card on the ground and didnt have the decency to say im sorry ma’am… so I definitely do not recommend this bojangles… I have had better service else were!! Do better with the employees here bojangles.

I order a large fry and asked for extra seasoning on my fries and one of the mangers looked at me, whisper to her workers no and mumble something about he has to pay for it. I usually go there and order that and never have a issue with that request or was charged
