I would gladly drive an hour to the other location before I ever step foot in this place again. This wasn’t just bad — it was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat here.
The service was atrocious, and the attitude from the staff was flat-out embarrassing. Our waitress, Savannah, acted like serving us was a personal inconvenience — like she was genuinely upset that she actually had to do her job. Every request was met with eye rolls, attitude, or visible irritation.
The sushi was 90% rice — practically no crab. When I asked for some crab on the side, she glanced at the plate and snapped, “There’s meat in there,” then had the audacity to charge me a dollar for it.
The food took forever, and we were constantly missing items. When we asked about it, she acted annoyed, like we were the problem for expecting what we ordered. She never once checked on us. Every time we needed anything, we had to track her down ourselves or flag down another server. I had to ask for a refill after sitting there for 30 minutes.
She slammed our menus on the table, slammed down anything else we asked for, and walked away mid-conversation. The only time she “checked” on us was when another waitress had to call her over. Meanwhile, she was parked at the host stand with four other girls, glued to her phone, laughing and chatting instead of doing her job.
Completely unprofessional. Completely unacceptable. I will never be back.

Good here is great. I drive from Houston and love the food, but Daaaaaam it needs a makeover but ASAP, they need new owners or new investors. Look at the clean cup of glass. Not one, all of them (3) but only 2 in the picture.

The service was great, and the food was very delicious. The price for an unlimited amount of sushi was reasonable. Our waiter was a very nice young lady and she made sure our drinks were full all the time.

We’ve been going to Kobe for years now but I just felt like I needed to get on here and shout out the wonderful service my party of 12 received during our celebration. Specifically our waitress Lauren. She was phenomenal, with such a huge party it can get crazy and confusing and she made our experience 10x better. She was on top of everyone’s orders and drinks and had the most lovely personality. She really took our Hibachi experience to a new level. Thank you Lauren & Kobe for our lovely dinner!

First time we went here food was amazing, second time we went everything was just ok. This time though the endless sushi sucked. Tasted like it was old. The shrimp had a super fishy taste. Probably won’t be back ever again.

The fried shrimp appetizer was also great—crispy, hot, and not too greasy. I also had some tuna and salmon nigiri, and both were super fresh and well-prepared. The salmon, in particular, just melted in my mouth.
Service was friendly, and the vibe of the place was fun but still chill. Overall, everything we ordered was on point. We definitely be back!

Came in one day with my boyfriend. It was 30 minutes before closing. We were waiting to be seated for about 10 minutes. When someone finally came up to us they mentioned that they don’t sit anyone down 20 minutes before closing. Pretty sure they avoided us for 10 minutes just so they didn’t have to serve us. Judging by the reviews, I am glad we didn’t get the chance to eat here. Go across the street at Xian instead. Their food and service is way better.

Love the value of the all u can east sushi. I love all kinds of sushi, from generic crunchy crab to crazy all sorts of fish type stuff, and they do it all pretty well for the price point. Service is a hit or miss honestly. Sometimes its the quickest, most attentive young lady’s and other times it takes well over 30 minutes for food or even a drink. Still cant beat the price, just wish the service was more consistent.

Food here is almost always really good. We eat here very often. Today was good as well, but this was one of those times when the nigiri was a bit old. You could see it was really dry and not fresh. But everything else was great as usual.
