We had an amazing time today at Kobe Steakhouse in Longwood! Our server Alex was absolutely fantastic – so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. And Chef Philip was incredible! His hibachi skills, energy, and sense of humor made the whole experience so much fun, and the food was cooked to perfection. ️
Great service, great food, and great vibes all around. Huge shout-out to Alex and Chef Philip for making our visit unforgettable – we’ll definitely be back!

To say service was awful, would be an understatement. We got to location at 5:55p and decided to dine at a table instead of the hibachi experience since it’s typically much quicker. There was one family dining at the time. We were seated and while we waited for our waitress Laura to come to at least take a drink order, 1 other families were seated. Their waiter had all of their drink orders and we were still waiting. He said our waitress would be right with us. We were surprised to see she had passed us several times already without saying a word. 6:15 she takes our drink order and we tell her we were also ready to order. She takes our order and leaves. Comes back with our waters a few mins later. 5 mins after that she brings soup and salad. After that she was MIA. A few families had already eaten and left and we were still waiting for our food. She comes out and asks if we wanted appetizers and we said no we just wanted our food. Abut 8 mins after that she comes with cold scallops and shrimp and rubber like steak that felt like it was warmed up in microwave. It was absolutely awful. I almost thought we were being pranked, sadly we weren’t. I went to the manager who seated us when we came in and I told him from the time he seated us we were just getting our food which was cold and or overcooked and not edible. He had 2 new orders prepared and we just asked for it to go as at that point I had enough. From the awful service to the food. Definitely will not go back to this place anymore.

We had a fantastic experience. Gilliana was an excellent waitress! My cup never ran dry. And Hiro, Hiro was just awesome ok! He’s been cooking for 15 years and he is such a pro! Would definitely eat here again! We left STUFFED! Shrimp Crunch roll was awesome!

Very much another Benihana knock off. It would’ve nice if these places made the effort to be a bit more authentic, but nope.
The meat was pretty good. My ribeye was a bit fatty. Should have gone for sirloin. The fried rice was good but I would have preferred chicken options that aren’t teriyaki. That’s not the only Japanese flavor for chicken. Having rice, then noodles, then veggies with potato ends up with a crazy amount of starch in one meal. The place is a bit loud.
