I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I have never encountered a situation where miso soup is served without tofu. When I called to inquire, I was told that sometimes the soup contains a lot of tofu and sometimes none at all. That response was both surprising and unsatisfactory. Consistency is a basic expectation, especially when customers are paying for a standard menu item.
Unfortunately, there was no effort made to resolve the issue or offer an explanation beyond that. As a previously loyal customer, this lack of quality control and customer service is very disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant to others.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both product consistency and customer service.

Came there Sunday afternoon, we were only people there, it did not alert us. Asked for a tea, little tea mugs that we got were dirty.. ordered Taiko spicy Ramen that tested horable, almost smelled like a dish soap, Dynamate roll was ok, like a store bought.. now we only joke about this place.. not a good food from what Sacramento have to offe..

It’s just the perfect size for some Japanese cuisine ,sushi bar, sake, and other adult beverages. Our order came in a timely way, but I could see that if you’re in a hurry, you may get frustrated. Just relax and enjoy the moment.
Our meal was very good. Karaage chicken, sushi, garlic edamame, and Teriyaki Chicken Bento box.

Walked in I was only customer. Greeted but not very friendly. Food was way below par. Ordered sesame chicken bento box with tempura. Chicken was cooked tempura style and soggy in minutes. Salad no flavor. Miss soup had no tofu or green onions which is pretty rare to not even get a stray item. Sunomono salad was not marinated. Hot tea looked like left over sizzling rice soup with things floating around in it. Strange flavor.

Order was wrong, the table all got their food before mine arrived fixed. They asparagus rolls were inedible, they used the hard stalks instead of the tips even when the item said asparagus tips rolls. We found a small rock inside my husbands roll. First and last visit!!!! Do not recommend!!!

Get the sashimi & house roll special and you will not be disappointed. Also the samurai is delicious as well. Excellent value for dollar and the fish always tastes fresh. Recommended for sure.

Kobe Sushi is amazing! Everything tasted fresh and the waiter was very friendly! I would highly recommend the superbowl roll and Catalina roll, and even the miso soup, which I usually don’t like from most places. To top it all off they give a cappuccino flavored hard candy with the receipt which is a much better end to a meal than a mint.

The best sushi restaurant in town. The price is right and every roll is delicious. My toddler loves their crab salad so much. I used to order california rolls so he could have the crab salad but now I can just do $15 crab salad by itself. My favorites are catalina, king, and cherry blossom. Their chef is so amazing. On Valentines my husband asked him to make me a sushi heart and it was the best surprise for me 🙂
