After avoiding this place for a long time, decided to give it another try since I was in a hurry and also saw their $5.99 bag deal on the billboard.
Ordered the bag deal and a wrap, was given the total and told to drive around to the window. As I waited, I calculated the total in my head and thought it seemed high. When I asked, I was told that they actually charge $6.99 for the bag deal at this location and that they had mentioned other customers complaints about the sign to the manager to no avail. Worse part was that the burger was cold and it was 12:15 pm. How could burgers be cold during the lunch rush?
Maybe breakfast will be better?

Terrible crew at this Hardee’s. After deciding to not use the driver-thru due to it’s long wait times (even with no one else ahead) I chose to go in to order. Was second person in line. Person ahead waited over five minutes to order and I stood for another five after that before walking out. No hello, no I’ll be with you shortly, just the counter person turning their back and taking drive-thru orders.
It’s no wonder that this location is almost always empty.

The Frisco burger & grilled cheese Frisco burger buns weren’t grilled. One was a quarter grilled. The other one had one side partially grilled and the other side was white.Soft and white had not touched the grill or toaster. We were not happy after spending $40 on food.

In the drive through, ordered a breakfast burrito combo with coffee. The teller asked med or large. I requested large. After having paid, the teller stated that they had no large cups, they I would get a medium. I asked if she was aware of this when she offered the choice. She said that she did not appreciate my attitude. I explained that I was offered choice, made choice, after paying informed no choice. Manager intervened and added a small coffee. While appreciated, the teller again let me know that I was the problem.

We have not been to Hardee’s in a long time. My husband ate the mushroom swiss burger , I had the pulled pork burger. Fries where fresh, burgers where so good and the employees where super nice.

Starting off, it’s fast food. The food is edible and the service is quick. But there are employees there that have been very helpful and go above and beyond their minimum wage (I’m assuming) job. Even the managers there do what they can, given limited resources and pay themselves. The employees are what keep me coming back, not the food. They deserve much more than whatever Hardee’s corporate designates for them!

Went through drive through lady couldn’t get order right then got angry. I was told to pull around the older lady and young lady were so high they couldn’t function, and very rude at the window. Told them we didn’t want to be served with the rudeness, and left. Skip this hardee’s if you can.

The young man at the drive thru wasn’t very pleasant when I asked if I could make my husbands biscuit a combo the hash browns were COLD and my biscuit was hard and $12.00 is way 2 high espresso for the terrible food we received! You’d think I’d be compensated with some sort of coupons other then the ones that come in the mail and I’d like to add I hardly ever eat here bc my order has aways had something or another wrong with it the only reason I came this morn was bc there wasn’t anything open yet! So I’m just wondering who pays these ppl to say what they say on these surveys bc Quitman Ms Hardee’s has nasty cold food the best thing they have going for them are their Dr. Peppers and there chocolate shakes!
