The server was at first amazing. Until, we got the sushi ..it looked great BUT it was not good nor fresh. When my friend made mention of it to him he did not offfer to switch dishes or make it right somehow. He just said sorry and rushed off. She paid good money for it too. My food the hibachi veggies was good but compared to other Japanese eateries the portion on my plate was very small.

Kobe does not look like much on the outside, but is definitely a place I will go back to. All of our food was very good, and served fresh and quickly. Our server, Jay, was fantastic, and was truly the best part of the experience. Jay made both of my children laugh, and honestly made the night more enjoyable. The atmosphere is a bit bland, but still cozy and comfortable. I would recommend stopping by for sure.

It’s pretty much what you could expect from a grocery store anchored Sushi and Hibachi restaurant. I was glad to see however that it appears to be authentically Japanese owned and operated. I wasn’t a fan of the mayonnaise based sauce that they put on top of each one of the rolls, so if you’re not a fan of mayo I would suggest that you ask them to hold it.
