My family of 10 were going to the drive in and chose to stop here for dinner for our oldest daughter’s 22nd birthday, and I’m not sure of our waitresses name but she is from Ecuador and had the most beautiful accent, and disposition and knows the menu very well. I forgot to mention to the waitress that it was my 22 year old autistic daughter’s birthday until we were almost done eating, after she was told about the event, she asked for her age and name (Monica), after about 15-20 minutes she and the staff brought out a plate of sopapillas with cinnamon and sugar and sang happy birthday to her. Our daughter said that it was the best birthday ever. It was an overall awesome experience. Will definitely eat here again. I wish that I new the waitresses name because she is the only one that I would ask for as she went out of her way to make it a fantastic experience.

Finally a place in Ennis that has a little bit of everything. Huge menu, something for everyone. Chips & salsa are very good. Chicken enchiladas were amazing (probably the best I’ve ever had). Chicken fried chicken breading had a very good taste. There tres leches cake was delicious, as well as there cheesecake. We will definitely go back! Only thing that was disappointing is no Sweet Tea.

We had an excellent visit tonight. The chips and salsa are very delicious. My husband had the steak and shrimp, I had the meatloaf. Both plates had enormous portions and tasted great. The service was also great! Definitely recommend

We went out to eat but the restaurant we went to had a 40 min wait & 1 server. As we were leaving another customer recommended Daniel’s Kitchen so we decided to give it a try. SO glad we did. 5:00pm on a Saturday & we were seated right away. Lots to choose from on the menu. Our server was pretty green (managed to spill a glass of water all over our our friends) but he was friendly & gave a good effort. The food was absolutely delicious & margaritas were refreshing. We’ll definitely be back.

Have to say, Brought my company bosses here, my wife, friends and a few of my vendors from work. Only had one time we had a very bad steak. Absolutely no complaints other than that. Fantastic food and fantastic service, plenty of options on the menu aswell.

I have been SO excited to try this restaurant just for it to turn out to be the worst meal from a restaurant I’ve had in years. First, I ordered online for pick up and it said it would be ready in 20 mins. I get to the restaurant in 21 minutes and when I get there they said they didn’t have an order from me. I showed the waitress my phone showing confirmation of my order and she goes to the kitchen to confirm they don’t have it ready for me. So she puts in a new ticket and tells me I’ll have to wait another 10 mins. No big deal. I ordered pot roast, mashed potatoes, and greens. On the website when I ordered and on my online receipt it shows that I ordered greens. The waitress informs me they don’t serve greens and the website probably meant green beans, even though I can pull up the website and see where it says they serve both green beans AND greens. So I have to get something else. Anyway, finally get my food. Literally the only thing that had any type of flavor was the gravy on the roast. The macaroni didn’t even have salt and had absolutely no taste whatsoever. The pot roast was very weird looking and again had no flavor, just the gravy which surprisingly was very good. The mashed potatoes tasted fake. The only reason I would even give it a star is because the gravy was good. Other than that, definitely would not recommend this.

First time to try this place. The food was really good. Service was fast and friendly. They seasoned the taco meat to perfection. The chimichanga was very flavorful but rich. You better be very hungry if you order it. They have a great selection from sandwiches and onion rings to steaks. If you are in the area make sure you try this place out.

Our family has eaten here 4x now. I can’t say enough about this place. Such a breath of fresh air for our town. Great atmosphere. Clean. Perfect temperature. Nice lighting and open view of downtown. Right next to Ennis theater and farmers market. Music sets the vibe and is not overbearing.

My husband and I ate here for dinner. We had the Monterey Chicken and the blackened grilled fish (catfish). Both came with grilled vegetables. The chicken had bbq sauce on it but was not overpowering. The blackened fish was lightly seasoned. Both dishes were delicious. This was the first time we ate here for dinner. Our waitress Windy was wonderful and kept our glasses full. Great atmosphere. We will definitely be back.
