The noodles were quite satisfying! The texture was just right—soft yet slightly chewy, giving a good bite. The seasoning was flavorful, though it could have been a bit more balanced if there was a better mix of spices or sauce. If you’re a fan of bold flavors, adding a bit of chili or soy sauce would elevate it even more. Overall, a comforting and enjoyable meal, but with a little tweak, it could be even better!

Fun Resturant – order your custom prepared food at kiosk. Waitress was very helpful and friendly. We ordered veg spring rolls, sweet & sour chick & teriyaki chick. Very fresh and quickly prepared. Nice flavour if a little weak. Resturant more like a cafe so not cosy.

This isn’t Thai. The options available are based on quick service, not authentic food. It’s not a restaurant, it’s a fast food outlet with a few plastic tables. Not a chilli or ginger in sight but plenty of burnt bitter garlic slices in what was closer to Chinese egg fried rice than anything Thai. That said, cheap, quick, not bad tasting and filling. Just not Thai.

Found this street food place on Google Maps and trusted the score. The place is simple and prices are affordable but food is really tasty while portions are of a good size!

The noodles were decent, with a nice texture that wasn’t too mushy or too firm. The flavor was enjoyable, though it felt like it was missing a bit of depth-maybe a touch more seasoning or sauce would have made it perfect. That said, it was still a comforting and filling dish. A solid choice if you’re craving something simple and satisfying!

Sadly we didn’t have the chance to taste the food. We were asked if we wanted to take out or eat inside. We decided to eat at the restaurant and we were told to sit at a table. We waited at least 20 minutes for someone to take our order, but at last no one came, so we left with our empty stomachs.

my friends and I went to Ko Tao every tuesday of the semester as a little weekly tradition before our EU institutions class. the food here hit every time, it healed us when we were feeling so stressed and when we had huge news to spill, and we always filled the quiet restaurant with our insane english banter. the meals are delicious and priced fairly. the friend who I discovered Ko Tao with and I both got the riz samet either every time or nearly every time and now the flavour of it will remind me of my time in strasbourg and “thai tuesdays”. it’s so nice to be a regular somewhere in a foreign city, and this was the perfect restaurant to do so. we filled out our punchcards for a free plate in just the right amount of weeks. i would recommend this restaurant to anyone. it was always worth being 10 minutes late to class.

Ko Tao is a Southeast Asian restaurant with different Thai, Lao and Vietnamese dishes. My wife and I are in Strausborg for vacation and this place was near our Airbnb where we are staying.
My wife ordered takeaway from them via Uber Eats.
We ordered their:
– Crevettes Tempura (Shrimp Tempura)
– Riz Thai Veggie (Thai Vegetable Fried Rice)
– Bo Bun Boeuf (Beef Vermicelli Salad)
– Ananas Sticky Rice (Pineapple Sticky Rice)
All the items were pretty good with a good portion size.
They made the order very quickly on Uber Eats and called to make sure we were coming.
I enjoyed this place and if we are craving Southeast Asian food for the remainder of our trip we might try it again.
