Was our first time eating here. Spent $60
We ordered 2 mushroom and Swiss burgers, a breaded chicken sandwich, zucchini and 3 specialty sundaes. The sandwiches were just ok. The zucchini had completely raw breading and was inedible. The sundae’s looked really good when we first got them but it was extremely hot and they were made and given to us really quickly. Then we had a 20 minute wait on the food. So they turned to soup. I ordered these for my kids. Who were not with me or I would’ve just had them eat them while waiting. I don’t have an issue waiting on food but feel their process should change by not giving out the desserts till the food is done or almost done.
*Edit in response to the owner, your response really has no relevance. I don’t disagree that ice cream melts. Hence why I made a suggestion on serving the actual food first. I also didn’t mention having an issue with the money I spent. I simply stated the amount I spent since this is a review. You clearly are defensive which tells me that even you question the legitimacy of your own prices.

Soft serve deliciousness. Small place, but has a couple tables. $4.50 Banana Split and $4.25 Strawberry Shortcake (I did mine with chocolate instead of vanilla). 4 of us and we each enjoyed it. They also have food, but we only got the fried mushrooms and they were good as well. Will visit again next time we roll through.

My daughter and I tried out Knuckle Heads after being on the Buckeye Lake bike path. Employee that took our order was friendly. Ice cream came out quickly. I got a delicous peanut butter shake and my daughter got a messy, but tasty ice cream sandwich. Waited a good while to get our 3 food items, but it was dinner time so it was expected. I will say food was not it, especially for the price your paying. Overall, good to try, but probably won’t be a place I would go too frequently.

Yes our bill was over $50 but two out of three of us got double burgers. The mushrooms are battered not breaded ! And are awesome. The mushroom Swiss burger is loaded as well. Really good food. Oh and the shakes are awesome.

We had lunch at Knuckleheads today and loved the food and the service. As a family in the food business ourselves, we always enjoy trying independently owned food places. We appreciate your take on mask-wearing and your gratitude towards first responders! Keep up the great job!

Consider this for a casual meal. Of course there are frozen treats to eat, but the burger and fries can give 5 guys a run for the money!

Knuckleheads is consistent with quality food and friendly service. We love stopping there for snacking, lunch or dinner. They also have so many flavors of ice cream, shakes, slushees, there’s something for everyone!

Stop thinking about it and just go!!. The rueben (or how ever you spell it, can’t thin it taste so good) is amazing, the ice cream super delicious and the workers friendliness is even better. So stop thinking about going and just go!!!

Love Knuckleheads, their burgers are top notch and staff is awesome. Family friendly, and there’s a patio for handicap accessibility. Highly recommend the cheeseburgers, season fries, and sundaes!
