As a disabled person, this hotel is very accommodating. They work with a scooter rental company that has scooters on site and ready to rent. They also have a shuttle to Disneyland and can transport you and the scooter or wheelchair. It has made our trip easier and more enjoyable.

What you are paying for here is location. Really close to the park and you can walk from your room and be there in 5 minutes. Saw some reviews about the beds being bad and that isn’t fair. I have trouble sleeping generally and these beds were no problem.

I’d visit here again, but under certain conditions. One, only if I’m going to Knott’s berry farm and I am too lazy to drive or walk or want free parking with my visit. Two, only if it is a short stay, as they up charge for most amenities other hotels offer for free, plus only housekeep every five days. Finally, the price even with a season pass holder rate is a bit high. But the pool was nice, could have been cleaner, and the hot tub was pretty big. Pool area closes at 11pm which is a plus in my book.

Hotel was nice, a little dated but for the price and convenience of getting to thee park not that big of a deal. Two big complaints are no fridge in the rooms, and toilet paper in the room is very cheap like that out of a porta potty…

My AAA Alumni luncheon. 300 people & 3 food choices. Mrs. Knotts chicken, salmon or vegetarian. Big portions of chicken, Big piece of salmon. Pasta plate. Salad and biscuits. Boysenberry pie. Everyone raved about the chicken. We had salmon that was super, moist & every plate was hot, not cold. Their coffee is a special brew. You just want to drink one cup after another including decaf. The servers were very attentive & polite. A+ for Knotts
