I love this place! I am frequent customer and come here almost daily. I order the combo one! Mango water shot, lemon tea shot, and a shake. The staff is always in a cheerful mood and such a pleasure to talk to while there. Added bonus, if you have people who are sick around you and you don’t want to get sick, ask to add best defense in your drink! I do that and I haven’t gotten sick once since last fall!

My daughter has been raving about this place, so I had to check it out. My protein shake was amazing – so good! I also have had their tea hot & cold – so good! Personally think that they make the drinks (teas specifically) way watered down. When in comparison to Wired Nutrition in DeKalb or Kate’s place in Sycamore, the drinks at Knights just taste bland. I think the woman who is always working is very polite, can’t complain about the service.
