My coworker and I ordered 2 salads on the app for my coworker to pickup. The pick up time was for 12:30 and it wasn’t ready til 12:45. When she was handed the bag, there was no bread, and asked for that to be added. When she brought them back multiple things were wrong. They gave both of us the wrong bread, I requested no onion and onion was all over my salad. As I began to pick off the onion, I noticed some bad lettuce. I continued to pick it out and the lettuce is black and slimy. We cannot eat a single bit of it. The pictures don’t show how bad it is. My coworker called and asked to speak with a manager and was only offered to speak to the team lead. She asked them to replace the salads and have them delivered, and the team lead told us they couldn’t because it was their lunch rush. She offered to refund the meal, but no effort to make up for the mistake. Very disappointing! Such poor customer service.

Sharing this review after having the same issues with this place after multiple visits over the last year. Food is VERY unreliable! I’ve ordered sandwiches straight off the menu and received what seems to be a random sandwich, i.e cheese, sauce, bread and toppings different than as described on the menu (and sauce just piled in the center of the sandwich). At my most recent visit, I spoke with someone about the discrepancies in the sandwich I received vs the sandwich ordered and the person was kind and offered to remake my entire order, which was appreciated! However, even after their second attempt at my order, the food was STILL messed up and missing items in my order! Appreciated the customer service but food and service at this Kneaders location is just so bad.

If you like to eat actual food – I would not recommend eating here. If you like wasting an hour of your time without accomplishing anything – this is the place for you.
I love Kneaders but this restaurant was the worst to visit. I made an online order and waited 30 minutes to pick it up. After arriving at the restaurant I waited an additional 30 minutes. After receiving zero help from the staff I yelled across the restaurant to try and get an employees attention. Since they still had not started on my order I asked to cancel it. So after waiting an hour I walked out with no food in hand. Awesome.

I went to the Kneaders on Mall drive tonight, I ordered a turkey bacon avocado on sour dough
A small bowl of cheesy broccoli soup and a side.
I got home and found just turkey, lettuce cheese and tomatoes on the sandwich, no avocado or bacon and no soup. I’m not happy at all. I’ve had a long day and don’t feel like going all the way back there, and yes I should’ve checked the bag , but I shouldn’t have to.

Food was good, but expensive. Chicken noodle soup and cheddar cheese broccoli are delicious. Southwest salad was delicious. The fruit tart is better than the salted carmel tart.

Ordered broccoli cheddar soup. Was quite gross. Very odd consistency. Like eating glue. Partner ordered a sandwich. Was not very good either. They don’t have pepper. They got my coffee order wrong. When taking our orders everything we asked for sounded like they had no idea what we were ordering. Tried to order an Americano and they asked us what it was. It’s on the menu lol. They gave us a latte.
I haven’t been to Kneaders almost ever. Usually it’s fine. This was terrible. $40 spent on really bad food.

Ate their French toast….soo good. Plus it’s cheap and all u can eat on the French toast. I was soo excited for that! Had their French dip…..everything I was expecting it to be. Really good food. Definitely would take family to eat there. Customer service is good and it gives me a little small town feel and look inside. Love it!

I try very hard to not be the kind of person that takes time out of their day just to write a bad review, but I’ve been so beyond disappointed with the last two experiences I’ve had at this Kneader’s location. I understand being busy during a lunch rush, but when 10-15 minutes have passed and not a single employee has even acknowledged the customers in line- it’s almost embarrassing for business. (Especially when your staff is 75% high school boys that spend more time bullshitting and cracking jokes with each other than being considerate of the customers waiting for their orders) The elderly woman in front of me was telling me she was going to be late for therapy and the couple behind me ended up leaving without ordering at all. I placed an order in-app 20 minutes before I even showed up, and then proceeded to wait an additional 25 minutes for my order to be made. It shouldn’t take nearly an hour for a smoothie, a coffee, and two tarts from the case to be ready. I get that good help is hard to find nowadays, but dear god- do better

The drive-thru was closed so I went in. No one else in line and I ordered a sandwich. 19 minutes later I got my order. I watched my sandwich sit in the window for at least 10 minutes. A lot of people came in after me so the one cashier asked his manager for help. She finally wondered out after 5 minutes or so, took out two deserts to the dining area and walked back in her office. Not going back! Also, they were out of EVERYTHING!!

Absolutely love kneaders. The breads are delightful and the baked goods are just simply delicious. One of my favorite sandwiches here is the kids peanut butter and jam. I know it sounds simple but it is so good with their bread and jam. I’m also a big fan of the breakfast options like the French toast specifically. It is amazing and I highly recommend it, I wish they offered it all day long not just breakfast hours. The trinkets and things they sell are also pretty cool but the food is the real reason to stop in. Oh yeah, don’t forget to get some of that chunky cinnamon bread. That is about the best stuff in the world.
