Delicious as always. Fantastic customer service. The food was fresh and fast. The restaurant was clean and updated as well. The mango tango smoothie was perfect for a warm summer day. The French toast on perfectly cooked and the Carmel syrup was to die for. It is always a good day when starting off at Kneaders. The brand is fantastic. The food tastes the same whether you are in Provo or Saint George.

I am going to give them 3 stars because I know that they were short staffed and it was lunchtime. My smoothie was not a smoothie but a watery separated liquid that was not very good at the price.I had a salad that included turkey but it was chunks of meat that no human could eat and no knife. They also forgot the nuts that were one of the main ingredients in the salad. We ordered two pieces of the cheesecake with our order and one had a little mold on the side of it which we didn’t see until we had already taken a few bites. The rest of the food in the order was good and the service was good just very slow. It was a hot day that day and I don’t know if their display fridge was working well enough. I don’t want to go back for that price and that quality.

They are pretty slow after about 7 times in for simple orders like a sandwich and chip. Each time it’s been a while for waiting. I wish they could be on time when online orders are placed. Would be nice if they had gluten free dessert options.

Absolutely love kneaders. The breads are delightful and the baked goods are just simply delicious. One of my favorite sandwiches here is the kids peanut butter and jam. I know it sounds simple but it is so good with their bread and jam. I’m also a big fan of the breakfast options like the French toast specifically. It is amazing and I highly recommend it, I wish they offered it all day long not just breakfast hours. The trinkets and things they sell are also pretty cool but the food is the real reason to stop in. Oh yeah, don’t forget to get some of that chunky cinnamon bread. That is about the best stuff in the world.

If you haven’t tried their Chunkie French toast, you are missing quite a treat. Made from their own cinnamon bread. Try it. You’ll like it. They also carry delicious breads. Their Asiago bread is my family’s favorite!

My wife placed an online order just after 1 pm. Website said it would be done by about 1:15. I arrived at the business at 1:20. I waited in the Drive-thru line for about 5 minutes while behind about 8 cars and no movement. I figured I could pick up inside a bit more quickly so I parked and went inside. Nope. I waited until 1:55 before walking out, without my order.

We went here 3 days in a row during their $5 all you can eat French Toast special. Thursday and Friday were great but Saturday was crazy busy. It took awhile to get our French Toast but it was delicious as ever! I would like to complement the staff on how they handled themselves when dealing with multiple customers complaining about the long wait. You came on a Saturday during the $5 and the restaurant was packed, what did you expect? The staff didn’t deserve to be treated like that and indeed did handle the situation perfectly

Went here at 7:30 in the morning and the bathrooms were disgusting trash cans overflowing, no paper towels and a sticky floor. The coffee station was also dirty and unacceptable for first thing in the morning. We did an online order and some of the things we ordered they had to substitute (not their fault so let this one slide.) The smoothie we ordered was more of a juice with how watery it was. The main food we ordered was fine and the cashier was friendly which is why I am giving two stars. However, the dirtiness of the establishment makes you lose your appetite. Disappointed how downhill it’s gotten.

Never ordering from this location again. When you spend $40 on food and wait an hour or longer for it to be ready for pick up, it’s not worth it. Slow staff that don’t seem to want to get through the rush. We ended up canceling the order and leaving. Very frustrating!
