I stopped at the Kneaders in Riverwoods today. It is the best experience I have had with Kneaders in years. Jane was the person that assisted me. She was fun, she gave the impression she enjoyed her job, she made me feel like I was the only person that mattered at that moment. Even though she had other customers.

Kneader’s Bakery and Cafe truly impressed at our work Christmas party! The thick slices of chunky cinnamon French toast with strawberries, whipped cream, and homemade caramel syrup were incredible. The crispy bacon was cooked to perfection, and the fluffy eggs were a delight. Kneader’s made our celebration memorable with their delicious offerings! The pick-up service was great, making the entire experience seamless. Kneader’s delivered a delicious and hassle-free celebration – highly recommended!

Store was out of avocado which sucked but I understand things happen. I asked to get lettuce as a replacement and they said yes. What makes me mad is they charged me for lettuce and didn’t remove the price of the avocado. I would have been fine with a 1 to 1 substitution but it’s ridiculous to get charged extra for something and not have the price reduced when they aren’t selling what is advertised.
This store always seems to be out of something so if you want what is advertised I would recommend a different location or a different place to eat

I get the turkey avocado focaccia every time. My daughter and I went today and we both got maybe a tablespoon of turkey on each half of a sandwich, maybe a teaspoon of avocado, and too much (5 leaves) of lettuce and thick bread. Then 10 minutes later they brought an identical order out. It wasn’t too busy but seemed very different from what I’m used to from kneaders.

My smoothie was not blended and not even full, my soap container was smashed in so the soup spilled everywhere.
Waited in line for 12 minutes in the drive through, Which is not bad for having 3 cars ahead of me.

I travel to Utah annually and Kneaders is always on my list of places to go. We had a group of 12 and 6 of us ordered all you can eat french toast. Our server kept it coming… the best french toast in the West! There are plenty of other options and some of the most beautiful pastries you ever see. I highly recommend Kneaders for your whole family.
