Order to pick up food. Arrived and waited 15-20 minutes. Would have thought it was already ready for pick up.
Food nice and very warm when arrived home. Loved the sausage, egg and cheese croissants for breakfast.

Placed a pick up order at 5:15 for 6:15, arrive at 6:15, wait til 6:25 for them to tell me that they are out of roast beef and ham, how do you run out of roast beef at 6 on a saturday. So I settle for chicken pesto and receive the most pathetic $12 sandwich I’ve ever seen. I guess that’s on me for not confirming that they made me a decent sandwich before I left the store.
Thanks for wasting my time.
Oh and I ordered a Sprite and got straight soda water.

We had such a fun experience tonight at kneaders. My daughter’s sister and my nieces took the cookie decorating class. It was so much fun. We were able to make four beautiful cookies and have dinner included in the price. Don’t pass up this chance. Emily and Diane or so kind and made the class enjoyable!

Came through the drive thru today with my daughter. 1st the girl working the window was rude & should not be a forward facing employee. Idk her name but she had light brownish hair and glasses.
My “turkey” sandwich would’ve been better named mayo and tomato because that’s all it had on it aside from a bit tiny bits of turkey. My soup spilled because clearly the lid wasn’t put on tight.
Hey! At least my sprite tasted good!
For almost $15 I expected a lot better quality and to not have to throw the entire meal away.

Friday afternoon made my order at 1:05 on may 29th.
We ordered a chicken pesto and chicken and cheese sandwich no sides or drinks $24.34
WE FINALLY got our food at 1:37
I am not sure who the manager is here or what going on this store needs some help!
I have gone to Kneaders for years and this location as well as the one in Riverton have been going down hill.
Would have been faster and cheaper to go to apple bees very very dis appointed
You can see from the photo i am not alone.
I found it odd the manager is sweeping the floor while they are clearly behind on orders
Over 30 mins on two sandwiches? Come on…
Then when we finally got our food my chicken, ham, and cheese had NO Ham so then I had to go back and get it.
Then we looked at the chips, half empty and basically crumbs
They mentioned that an employee had a death in the family and were short 1 person.
The South Jordan location manager needs to come whip these guys into shape
I asked for a refund after 30 mins I was offered a free dessert to help. And food was out a few mins later.
Mind you I get alot of gift baskets from Kneaders i spend well over $1,000 a year here
The food was yummy when we got it!

Wow for $6 O could have made a better Turkey sandwich. Lesson learned. Just make my own sandwiches.

Great tasting Turkey Bacon Avocado salad. Had the Poppy Seed Dressing with it. Lobster Bisque soup was good as well. My wife had a Chicken Raspberry Nut salad and Broccoli Cheddar soup. They did a wonderful job on our order!

I visited the Jordan Landings location on November 13th between approximately 5:30 and 6:30 PM, and let me tell you, I am absolutely beside myself with what I witnessed. APPALLED doesn’t even begin to cover it. Around 6 PM, I began hearing the most vile, ungodly language coming straight from the kitchen. And yes, that included racial slurs, loud enough that I, a paying customer, could hear them clear as day.
Not only that, but one staff member seemed to believe he was running some sort of boot-camp, barking at other employees in a tone that was completely unacceptable. I could not help but wonder: If this is how the staff behaves in plain view of customers, what on earth is happening behind the scenes with the FOOD? Because frankly, if this is the standard of professionalism, I shudder to imagine the standard of hygiene.
Quite honestly, the man responsible for destroying my dining experience should be held accountable, and not lightly. I have been on this earth long enough to know when something is wrong, and what I heard today was beyond wrong. It was abhorrent. I have never heard such disgraceful, demeaning language come out of another human being.
I hope that young man is fired.

I seldom leave reviews for anything despite how poor the service, but this was a bit ridiculous. I waited a half hour in the drive through to get my food. For the munster sandwich to be cold and the turkey cranberry croissant to be abismal. The receipt stated “no fresh pesto butter” for the munster sandwich order and I never asked for anything to be taken off. If things are not available to properly complete an order, the customer should be made aware before they finsih their order. Especially since it seems they were out of a lot because I wasn’t told there was not bread pudding until I was given my order and asked where it was. Half the meat that was supposed to be in the bread was in the container. There was barely any cranberry in the sandwich and the lettuce was dirty. No dressing for the salad, no napkins or utensils given. All this given to me in an odd clear unmarked sack. The personal helping me wasn’t too kind either.
I would have gone back to address this but didn’t have another half hour to waste.
I immediately started writing this as mentioned I’m not one to write reviews but this is not the first time I’ve had a less than subpar Kneader’s experience. I just threw everything away it wasn’t worth the disappointment.

I had a horrible experience ordering online. The person didn’t seem to understand what I needed. I placed the order while driving so I said I wanted to pay when picking up the order but they said I had to give them my card number. I was parking and said “I will give you my card in a second”. So I walked in and no one was taking my order!!?? – Reason: they have a call center to take the orders!!?? Unbelievable!! I had to start all over at the store and the person on the phone hanged up on me.
The food:
I am not surprised at the small portions. I don’t get it why this place is somewhat famous.
Not happy at all with my experience or their food.
I have to give them this; the place is nice and the workers at the location tried to help me with my order asap.
