Half of the side of guacamole was not edible, the chicken quesadilla had little to no cheese and the chicken was burned. On top of that the bowl had a large piece of thick mil plastic in it that I almost swallowed. I would have addressed it kindly however Chipotle does not give you an option to speak to a person when you call or reach someone in the actual store. I believe very much that one cannot fix what they do not know so this is my only means of addressing it so that management can do what they need to do.

We stopped by Chipotle during our lunch break, and Drippy gave it a big thumbs up (well… if he had thumbs). The food was fresh, the atmosphere was great, and everything was spotless — cleaner than a freshly installed sink! Service was fast too, which plumbers like us really appreciate when we’re racing the clock to get back to our customers. Thanks, Chipotle, for keeping both our bellies and our schedule happy!

7pm Sunday night. Restaurant was slow. As you walk in the door all tables on the right were dirty tops. ALL of them.
Ordered our food and the tables to the left only one was slightly clean. Most every one after me took their food home. Finished our meal and I had to say something. Went to the register thingvthe young man at register was the manager. He said he wasn’t. I ask to speak to a manager and he Pointed out the young man behind him cutting chicken was the manager. I ask if i could have a word. He delivered the message. After 10 more minutes of waiting the manager continued to cut chicken. My message would have only taken 1 minute. Asking the register guy 1 more time to speak with manager the clerk went back to him. I did hear the manager say that he did not have time for me. Only 15ft away.
With all the food choices in this area. Please consider NOT going here.

I love chipotle but my goodness this one is the worst location I have ever been too. The whole place is a mess, with food all over the counter where they prep the meals and serve them. The garbage was overflowing with trash behind their counter, and it was all over the floor. It was disgusting, and my boyfriend’s food touched all the food on the counter. They were out of almost everything. The woman in front of me left because she was frustrated, and the server tried to give me her order. Their portions are smaller than any location I’ve been to (and i’ve been to many). The bathroom was out of paper towels and likely had been for a while because people were using toilet paper. All around bad experience, and a disgusting one too. Place needs to be clean at the very least.

This place is disgusting. We walked it, the door was filthy, the floor were filthy and there were no staff in sight. As we stood waiting, we looked at the food and it was all dried out and gross. We asked the staff member if there was any fresh chicken, she said, “no” so we left. There were about 3 staff members that witnessed this, they did nothing. They let us walk right out. Will never try that again. Nasty. This location is in a really good part of town with lots of competition. I completely understand why they’re building another in Murfreesboro. The management at this one has given up. The health department should definitely inspect this place.

Had a pick up order that was supposed to be ready by 6:30 had ordered it 10 minutes prior at 6:20 and I still had to wait 30 minutes in the store. The man tried to persuade me with a free drink. it should not take 30 minutes to make a chipotle bowl. Also, I asked for extra rice and extra beans and I had no extra rice and no extra beans in my bowl. I also asked for light cheese and I had no light cheese actually more cheese than there was beans in my bowl. terrible service, rude employees and they actually ignore me for the first 10 minutes I was in the restaurant!

My family & I love Chipotle & use to eat at this location once a week for many years. Over the past year, this location has had a steady decline in every aspect. food quality, amount of food served, cleanliness, customer services, etc. I waited a few months between visits, hoping to have a better experience than the last 3 times with my family. which were all a waste of my time & money. Chipotle, your employees do not care about customers or, even worse, your own Chipotle policies and quality control. Employees run this store however they want to for that day. It’s now been 4 visits in a roll. I’ve had a major issue with food quality, cleanliness, drink machine broken, & unprofessional staff, including management. DONT WASTE YOUR $ GOING TO THIS LOCATION!
