Stopped by Kneaders Bakery & Café around 9 a.m.—it wasn’t busy, which was nice. We ordered the French toast and the Italian-style omelet, both were served quickly. The food was decent—not bad, but nothing outstanding. The strawberry smoothie was a bit on the sweet side. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I had the broccoli cheddar soup, and it was nothing short of perfection – rich, creamy, and flavorful. My whole family was equally impressed with their delicious choices.
The atmosphere in the Lehi location is inviting; the floors were clean and yes, I checked the restrooms as always and they were well maintained.

I just waited in the drive-thru at Kneaders for over 10 minutes with only one car ahead of me. I spent $30 on two sandwiches and one eclair, and the quality was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a whole BLT, and it was basically just bread, tomato, and mayo with maybe one slice of bacon stretched across the entire sandwich. For the price, this is unacceptable. After checking online and seeing this location only has a 3.9-star rating, I can see why. To anyone considering eating here—save your money and go somewhere else.

Kneaders used to be my go to place to eat. I was so disappointed when I went last night and literally got a tablespoon of turkey on my salad. I understand prices are going up, but this is ridiculous. I stopped going here because the last Two times, they royally messed up my order. One time, my sandwich was covered in little gnats. And I mean COVERED. Then I decided to give it another chance. My mistake, because my sandwich tasted like they had dumped an entire thing of salt on it. I literally thought the meat was rotten at first and then I realized that they had just drenched it in salt. Today was the absolute last time that I will ever go here. I ordered TWO, Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwiches. Neither of them had avocado and one of them was on the wrong type of bread. Do not go here.

Delicious spot for bread, pastries, soups, and salads. The staff were friendly and helped us when one of the items was missing from our order. Love the samples and the pastries. If you are unfamiliar or new take a second and look things over since there are a lot of treats in the display window. Overall, a great spot that my out of town friends request when they are visiting.

Overall, really good. I’ve read through other reviews, and we did dine-in the evening before Thanksgiving. It wasn’t too busy, we had our group of 15 or so (many children) and fit on one large grouped table. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. Our food came in 20 minutes or so with a few other groups dining in.
My main complaint was the chairs were metal and made a horrible sound on the tile, but everything else was good.

I got the Mac and cheese sandwich, for $11 and got about 10 noodles on each piece of bread. Decently slow service, and left hungry.
It tasted fine and the staff was nice. Had others asking for their food, so expect to wait a bit for your food.
Edit: I have to change to 1 star instead of 2 because they never responded to the email, they requested I send them.

The food wasn’t up to par. The lady with glasses questioned why my dad (with a shoulder injury) needed a fork to eat with. The beverage bar was mid. My sister said her soda was bad at the end of her drink. We visited at 11:30a on a Saturday and I’ve never been so disappointed in a kneaders service until today. Do better folks. Learn customer service etiquette!!
