Came here with a big group of people, Everybody got some good food. They are very prompt and made us their first priority! I got the chunky cinnamon bread French toast and it tasted amazing, they give you free refills of the French toast and they were very kind and polite! Great place to come for breakfast!

I am just flabbergasted. I waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes tonight for 1 sandwich and a loaf of bread. 20 minutes. The car in front of me had a small bag of food. There were two people in the store. Then when I got home, the sandwich that I spent $12-13 on had this much protein. I used to love Kneaders. Won’t be back.

We just went to Kneaders in Kaysville tonight and everything was gross! Everyone of the 4 different drinks we got needed more syrup, our soup was cold, and the cookies in the kids meals were gross. I used to love going here but the quality and service has been bad for a while now. I don’t mind paying the higher prices when the food is good but there are plenty of other places to go with better food quality and lower prices.

I try this kneaders every 6 months or so. The turkey avocado bacon sandwich is usually what I get, and I regret it each time… because there’s usually only 3 slices of avocado on the whole thing and it’s very underwhelming compared to other kneaders.
Today I was thrilled to see more than that- but HALF of the sandwich had NO avocado.
The real kicker here is the lack of food safety, though. If you look in the second picture, you’ll see a chunk of egg in the top right- something that shouldn’t be in this sandwich (esp since I didn’t order mayo and egg is a top allergen). In the wrong hands this could’ve been harmful or deadly. Zero tolerance for these kinds of mistakes as a fellow food handler- this is incredibly serious. Whomever was working at 10:30 today should be talked to.

I ordered the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich and smoothie combo.
Sandwich was dry and I could only taste the bread and lettuce. One side of the sandwich had barely any turkey and on the other side the turkey was dry.
The smoothie was okay but was more like a fountain drink in consistency. Can’t see myself ever going back. Highly disappointed especially for the price! Come to think of it, Im not even sure they put avacodo on the sandwhich. The service was friendly but extremely slow. I have always liked kneeders in the past but the last 2 times I have gone have just been terrible. Sad!

I used to frequent this location almost weekly and refer clients here that would travel in state to meet. But, lately this location has been going downhill. Slow service, they are frequently out of items and the execution has been lacking. Almost every order of mine has not been what I’ve had at other Kneaders locations. As I’m writing this, I’ve been sitting in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of me for 30 min (10 min was spent waiting at the window before anyone even opened it). And all I ordered was a soup. Really disappointmented. I would avoid this location. Update. Waited 35 min and when I got to work with my food they gave me the wrong order.

Kneaders has officially joined the ranks of restaurants where you don’t get what you pay for. Overpriced when they skimp on the amount of meat they put in your sandwich. The southwest salad also didn’t have all of the ingredients that should be included… bbq sauce and corn. We’ve scratched Zupa’s off our list of restaurants for similar reasons and Kneaders has arrived. I doubt we’ll return due to prices and minimal/incorrect food.

I am no longer ordering from this bakery on the weekends. The weekend crew is a joke. They throw expensive pastries in upside down so they are inedible. It is often an extremely long wait due to lack of competence and staffing. My comments do not reflect on the regular weekly staff who do an amazing job.

Came here for brunch wanted breakfast but ended up opting for lunch menu. I got the turkey cranberry, on a croissant this place always Amazes me everything is always a surprise and tastes great. Hubby had the turkey, bacon, avacado on foccia bread. Came with chips and cinnamon roll. They do need to get a better selection on their chips they offer. Definitely coming back.

Always great good. The staff are not trained well, they work inefficiently and it is quite slow to dine in the restaurant. Driver through window is still slow, but much faster than dining inside. I’ve had to wait for two cars to get their food before they would even take my order inside. Hire more folks and train them to get the orders fast, deliver the food more quickly, and smile at your customers for heavens sake.
