When me & son first walked in there was a really really bad smell at the entrance called the manager over and he acted like he didn’t smell anything. My son had his shirt over his nose it smelled really bad. The food portion was small compared to the price. Food was fresh and hot , waiter was awesome and atmosphere was a vibe. Lived the watermelon shot highly recommend.

Haven’t been here in the longest. Got the chips and salsa trio and right away I can tell it was Pace Salsa and Toditos Chips and cheap cheese dip for $12. Mango habanero wings were small and dry. Hard pass on ever giving this place a third try

I arrived and there was no host at the front. After waiting about five minutes, I was finally seated. Our server, Leilani, seemed to need more training. We ordered two dishes, but only one came out at first, and the second—just a salad—arrived ten minutes later with no silverware. We waited another six minutes before getting utensils. When we asked for a to‑go container, it was brought without a bag, so we had to carry the food by hand, and no lid was provided for the ranch. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I will not be returning to this location.

Came for lunch at 2:05, stood waiting to get a table maybe 3-4 minutes nothing went to the bathroom cane out still nothing. Make manager sitting with a computer open asked a waitress do I get my own table she said the girl was coming with male manager just watching all this. I just told them I understand they’re so busy with 3 tables so I left terrible customer service. I’ll never go back

Stopped by for lunch on 11/2 with my friend to watch some football while grabbing food after learning our first choice for lunch was closed on Sundays. Kelly was a great server, no complaints there. I understand it was during a busy time so no complaint about having a little bit of a wait to be seated or to get the order. The traditional wings were fine but the boneless wings came out cold. You could tell the food was being prepared as quickly as possible without really worrying about the quality of the product coming out. Also $29.99 for 6 boneless, 6 traditional, a side of fries & coleslaw is pretty steep, especially to have cold food. I come from a market where Wingstop gives you 20 boneless wings that are much bigger for $18.99 and no tipping is even ask for or shown to the customer.

The food was amazing, the place was clean, but the service was terrible, the place was practically empty, the woman who served us did not deign to come to our table to take our order., When it was time to pay, they took a long time to bring the bill. The food was good, but the service was terrible. The quality was too low. Even though I was with my children, we didn’t get a good impression of the place.

However, slightly expensive.
Had to knock a star off since we went on Saturday and they did not stream the live UFC fight on their TVs.

Buffalo wild wings is an okay place for game day. But realistically, there’s much better sports bars offering much better food else where that aren’t large corporations. I challenge everyone to find non large scale chain restaurants to spend their money. Outside that, the wing special on Tuesday and Thursday makes it barely reasonable enough to spend your money here. Good flavors, perhaps average to below average wings. Great customer service though.

Stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings right before closing to place a Togo order, and Rachael, along with the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were super friendly and professional, recommended different sauces for me to try, and food came out hot and fresh. Really appreciated the great service! It’s always nice walking into an establishment knowing the people you’re dealing with enjoy what they do. Thanks again, Rachael. I’ll definitely be back!

We placed an order for 12 wings for immediate pickup and drove about five minutes from our hotel to the restaurant. Despite selecting the “ASAP” option, we ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes after arriving before our food was ready. That’s quite a long delay for such a simple order, and it would have been appreciated if the restaurant had offered a refund or some form of acknowledgment for the inconvenience.
